They were to small and I can not find them again in a bigger size

This is the 2nd time I have ordered from this company and both times I've had to return the items and it seems like I wait forever for my refund...

When I bought these shoes this year the leather was a different materialnever had a problem with blisters but this fabric is more rubbery, not like it used to be. Also it doesn't clean well the perforations tend to "blow out" after being cleaned with a mr clean magic eraser which I've never had an issue with for probably 8 years of wearing this shoenew material is a dissapointment

I have always bought Van products for myself and my kids but never again.

Disappointed in sizing. Run VERY small. Ordered same size as older pair and the difference is an entire size.

I ordered the size I typically would from any other store for my daughter and for some reason these shoes are smaller than they are sized at. This happed with another pair I bought at the same time for my other daughter as well.

Have to size up bc shoes aren't correct size

Upset, I own MANY colors. My staple shoe; however, I b the desert sage & they are HUGE. Put them on & ran out the door not knowing. Can't return now.

The description was tru white, and they are not. The other checks In store are, but grey isn't. I ordered from the website because in store they were cr.

Within a few weeks of wearing the shoes, the rubber separated from the fabric, most of the way around the shoes. Quite disappointing actually.

Cute looking shoe, on other people. I have very high arches and the tongue of the shoe came way too high up on my foot and no arch support. This also made it extremely difficult to be a slip on shoe for me, so I have returned them. I guess it's just a name brand not quality footwear in my eyes.

In the process of returning these shoes. The right shoe fits great. The left is like a totally different shoe. Very disappointed.

Way to small and I ordered the same size as my others are! What's the malfunction?

I LOVE the look of these shoes. but they are SO tight. I've ordered about 20 pairs of Vans online over the years and they always fit, but recently that's NOT the case. This is the THIRD pair of Vans I've ordered and had to return to my local store because they are ridiculously small. I ordered these a half size up - 11.5 - and they are still too tight even for my husband's foot and he wears a 10.5 shoe. Vans, what is happening to your shoes?!?!? At this point, I'm pretty much giving up on online ordering. Since I hardly ever shop for shoes at a store, you're losing my business. I can't be the only one with this issue. It's heartbreaking, because I LOVE Vans designs SO much. The stores have only a fraction of the selection the online site has.

I like the look but the sizing is very small. I have other Vans and the sizing isn't even closeI can't even get my foot into these.

The shoes I received do not look like the shoes in the picture. The picture shows bright pretty shoes and these are so faded and dark. The pink in the picture is actually faded purple. This is completely not worth it smh sending mine back!

Cheap slip ons

I used to buy these all of the time every year, for YEARS. But last year 2021 I discovered the 7.5 was suddenly too big, my foot slipped out. I tried the 7, too small as expected. I waited a few months, tried 7.5 again, too big. I even called and spoke with the representative to see if there had been a size change but they did not know. Just tried to order these again (2022), still too big - what happened??? I have these in white and black from 2019 and they fit perfect. Please go back to the original fit!!!

I wanted to like these shoes I really did but I haven't even worn them a month and they're already coming apart and I don't even wear them daily they are cute, But the quality just isn't there, so disappointing.

I own 10+ pairs of vans and these are the worst. After 1 time of normal/casual wear, the checkers in the front wore off. After wearing a few more times, most of the checkers in the front are gone. Being that the reason for purchasing this particular shoe is for the design, it was extremely disappointing that it wore away after a few times of wearing!

I didn't realize what it represented
