Very comfortable and stylish casual shoe. Looks good with jeans or shorts. Great for walking.

First of all, Zappos guys are just great. No, wait: amazing! I ordered my Ecco shoes that on arrival appeared bigger than I expected. I called Zappos, then sent me a size smaller free and fast. They just asked me to mail my other pair in a few days. Again it was free for me. Interaction with the customer service was just great, polite and professional. They even upgraded me to VIP level (could be their mistake but I am not complaining). I will be buying again from Zappos for sure. As for Ecco Soft Slip-On, these are just great shoes as always for Ecco. I stopped buying any other brands few years ago. I do not know any other makers that can match the levels of comfort and style of Ecco. I work in a big company right in Times Square NYC. I am never worried about my shoes.

First time buyer of this brand. My husband loves the way they fit and are extremely comfortable. No breaking in period necessary.

This is the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn. It's also one of the most supportive. I'm very impressed with the build quality and wouldn't hesitate to buy another pair of Ecco's.

I bought these at another store but love them! I bought 10.5 even though I wear 11. They fit snug and are extremely comfortable to work in.

Ecco continues to run large, often times by more than one size. Normally wear a 44, ended up going with a 42 especially with this slip-on. But as always super comfortable, look great, and holds up for a full work-day on my feet.

These come as advertised -- amazingly comfortable, with silky smooth leather on the inside and a nice rich color. I like to wear these with gray pants. But huuuge. I had found them at DSW and tried them on first -- otherwise it would have resulted in a return or two to get it right. I wear an 11 and these are a 44. They are a little roomy still for no socks, but the next size down was way small. I am still undecided about the banded rim going around the top. It makes them a little conservative in style.

I've had another pair of these in brown for several years now and they're quite comfortable. So I ordered this pair in the same size, 12. When I got them though they were huge! Zappos immediately shipped me another pair, size 11 this time and they fit exactly like my old brown pair.

This is a beautiful shoe. It really looks great. I just wish I could find one that fits. I'm a 9, so I knew the 43 might be big but I risked it because they didn't have anything smaller. Yup, way too big. I found a 42 at a local shop and that was too big as well.

Dinged 2 stars for not being anywhere near true to size. Ordered 1/2 size smaller and still feels 1/2 - 1 size too large. Have to return for refund since no smaller sizes available.

I'm an off-the-rack size 12, medium width. As is sometimes the case with Ecco, sometimes I take a 45, other times a 46. This time, it was neither. That's a first. The 45 was snug and a tad short. The 46 was a 1/2 size too long, and wide. It's a good-looking shoe. But just didn't feel very supportive. Like there wasn't enough shoe there. I returned both sizes and went with the Merrell Traveler Moc, which felt amazing.

Good shoe, however a little unstable as compared to the usual ECCO design and support. Low/little heel, almost feels like going barefoot. Would not purchase this model again. (Note: I only wear ECCO shoes for casual and dress.)

OK. Ridiculous. This shoe is very tight in the toe box. I normally wear 42 in other Eccos - no problem. This shoe is tight and uncomfortable. It did not break in as other have said. The leather is high quality though.
