Basically these shoes are lousy. They provide excellent support, but are everything hated about wingtips stuffed into a trendy, but very uncomfortable, sneaker. The sole is a thick hunk of barely flexible rubber that makes it difficult to flex at the balls of the feet and is very narrow. This made me feel like I'd roll my ankle at any moment and provided great shooting pains in my knees with each step. I guess I have a very wide stride or something. After wearing them for four days to break them in I'm going to keep browsing and writing this pair off as a moderately priced mistake. That's the last time I buy for trendy looks.
