My husband loves these shoes! He wore them all over Italy in September. We love Zappos. I knew that if they didn't fit, Zappos would be there to refund or exchange hassle free. That's the best thing about Zappos! Love Zappos!

Very comfortable, right out of the box. Classy, somewhat Euro look, these sandals have become my immediate favorate summer shoes.

These shoes they look beautiful and well designed but did not fit well. They felt a bit small. Can’t go bigger than size men 14!

Needed sandals with a removable footbed since I wanted to west custom orthotics. NAOT were the only brand I found with this feature. These feel great but seem a little short. Sometimes this happens for me with the European sizing. I ordered a size larger and will return one of the pairs based on fit.

Happy with the sandals although they need to be broken in some. The leather straps are not padded and are a bit stiff. Once they soften up some they should be fine. Very good support with a thicker than usual sole They have a neat look and seem to be made well.

Just did not work for my feet

Great style and comfort, but didn't justify the price. I have had them for one year and just one warm season (I live in the midwest) and this year when I wore them out, my feet hurt which leads me to believe that the cushioning is worn out. I will be trying another type to see if they last!

Disappointing especially for the price. They are not that comfortable or attractive. The heel band is not adjustable. They are too big for the size, and they are too high - what is with the platform? These are not suitable for an elderly gentleman :(

Length wise was good, but the strap at the toes for the width was way too short, and not because the foot was too wide. It seemed like a defect in the way the shoe was constructed. Also the ankle strap kind of cut off the ankle at the top.

A real disappointment, after reading all the five star reviews, I wore then around the house for an hour and got blisters on the great toe joint on both sides. The leather on the front strap is raw and rough, not a quality product.

One sandal was more or less the right size, the other one was a full size bigger, almost like the heel loop was just made with too much material. I have had Naot sandals before and read about quality issues lately, I guess I should have listened to them, ordering these was a mistake. They look nice, they just aren't made properly.

I'd be very wary of these sandals: mine were shipped to me by Zappos on May 21, and before the end of June, they had snapped open during a walk. The weak spot was the thin piece of leather holding the plastic loop through which the rear strap of the sandal passes. In the midst of a short walk, I caught my toe on a tree root, and although I neither stumbled nor fell, the sandal left my foot and went flying backwards. The leather anchor (of the plastic loop) had torn completely away, along one line of its stitching -- almost as if the stitches were a line of perforations saying "tear here." I took the sandals to my local cobbler, who rightly described the leather anchor as "paper thin." He also noticed that the corresponding piece on the other sandal was also beginning to give way. He replaced both with thicker (and nicely matching) pieces of leather, and I'm hoping the repaired sandals will serve me for more than a month, but if I had known what I know now, I would never have purchased them -- certainly not at this price. I don't think of myself as someone who's particularly hard on my shoes. (I am, to begin with, 64 years old.) This is the first case of absolute failure (failure that made the shoe unwearable and unusable -- and that in the midst of a walk) that I can recall, and I've worn other sandals (Tevas, for example) happily for years. The thin leather anchor strikes me as a serious defect of design.
