Nice shoe but the material separated from the heel twice (once with my original purchase and a second time with the replacement).

I bought these shoes, for light duty, dry weather, at the office, stores, church and driving in cars. Shoes are comfortable when new, the soles are soft, they are constructed with a patern of open cells, mostly air. The actual wearing surface is only about 1/8 in thick,, wears away quickly. The foam insert wears away too.

I have a pair of Rockport casual walking shoes and wanted to try something different. I found this shoe to be incredibly uncomfortable. The upper leather is flexible and reasonably soft but the sole is has hard as a rock and provides no cushion when walking. Removable insole simply does not do the job. I walk a lot; my Columbia hiking boots are much more comfortable than this Nunn Bush and provide a cushiony feel when walking; My Rockport is much more comfortable than this shoe. I was quite surprised that this shoe is called a "comfort walking oxford". These shoes are not comfortable at all to walk in, at least not from my experience. The outter sole is made of much too hard material to be a really comfortable walking shoe.

I have been buying these shoes for many-many years. The quality has obviously gone downhill. It used to be that the shoelaces gave up first. Then the stitching went, then you threw away the shoes. With the latest pair, the soles wore off first. I know it's really early, because the shoelaces are still fine. I didn't know why I was getting water in my shoes when raining, until I noticed humongous cracks on both soles, after less then 6 months. I use these shoes mostly to go to work, where I change them to sneakers, so the "mileage" was really low on this last pair. For a $60 pair it's a rip-off. Chinese made junk. I love the comfort, but I am already looking for replacements (unfortunately the Rockports don't fit me well).

Second day both insoles failed leaving gel pad detached from the rest of insole. Insoles are one of the most important part of any shoe when it comes to comfort. Great website, bad shoes.

Bought a pair of the black "Cameron" shoes at Boscov's. In less than 6 months of wearing these shoes 1-2 days a week inside, the sole cracked on the left shoe. They fit nicely and were comfortable but lack durability in an average, indoor environment.

Nice looking dress casual shoe. Goes great with my suits or with jeans. Fine for normal daily wear, but NOT good for walking long distances. Had to walk about 1/2 a mile in them one day and ended up with a bad blister on my left foot. For a shoe named the comfort walker, this was VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Not recommended. I had been wearing Rockport World Tour Walkers for years and decided to try these since they seemed very similar for less money. They look and feel fine, but after only 2 1/2 months, soles are almost worn through. I'm going back to my Rockports!

Out of the box a great shoe. I bought them for work where I spend lots of time on my feet, and they just couldn't hold up. I wore through the sole in less than than two months which was very disappointing. Would not recommend for anyone who will do heavy walking.

The thickness of the sole is a delusion. After wearing out couple of millimeters there is a hole at the center of the sole.

I've worn the Cameron shoes for years and have always been happy with them, until I received my recent order. The shoes have a manufacturing defect. They arrived with the tongue of the shoe being too short for the placement of the top eyelet, so when you tie the shoes, the lace ends up on top of your foot and not on the top of the shoe. I notified customer service of the change in style and defect. Let's hope the manufacturer reverts back to the previous design, for these shoes have always been great until now.

Big problem with this shoe is small tongue. When I put insert for cushion, the lace do not tie over the tongue. I have to tie over my foot skin which causes discomfort. They could have made tongue little bigger but made it small to save money.

Very comfortable while they lasted, but less than 6 months after purchase the sides blew out, the sole came off and the tread detached. I work a desk job so I wasn't even putting a lot of wear on them.

After going through my third pair of these Camerons, I felt compelled to comment on how close they are to being the perfect men's shoe. Out of the box they are 'hands down' the most unbelievably comfortable 'no break-in' business-casual shoe I've ever purchased! I am amazed how durable & unscuffable the uppers are. However, the opposite is evident concerning the sole's design flaws. The longest use I've had from any one pair, before the sole cracked wide open at the middle indentation was about 6 months(4-6 mos.ave). Oh well, back to Propet.

Weirdly, this shoe's tongue is about an inch too short. The laces and knot are above the top edge of the tongue, so on my skin. Made in Myanmar. Maybe they need a better template.

I work about 50 hours a week on my feet and weigh about 190lbs. After a little over 2 months of wear, I have worn through the sole under the ball of my foot. There is now an air pocket that goes through to me insole. I had sketchers exalt shoes before this and they would last me 12-14 months before wearing down. Giving 2 stars because for the 2 months I had them, they were comfortable
I'd also recommend:

Was unaware that your sizes have shrunk. Wides are no longer as wide as the old pair I had. There is a noticeable difference compared to my old ones. Since they are now mine, I will no longer think of them as one of my favorites.

I was disappointed in the life of the shoe. It reached end of life in less than 6 months. Because my son loved the comfort I am trying another one in hopes that my first experience was not the norm. I want to believe that that pair was apart of the low percentile of failure. I would not recommend it to anyone at this time.

Have owned several pairs of Camerons...always great, well fitting shoes. However, pair I just received have tongues that are too short and the laces do not stay on top of them...not the case with the previous shoes. Sadly, I had to return them.

I bought these in March of 2013. I immediately had to replace the insole due to the odd gel heel pad which was painful if you stood on your feet for too long. After replacing the insole they were decent daily work shoes. I noticed today (less than a year) that the tread of the shoes located under the ball of the foot has a horizontal split across the entire tread on both shoes. The shoes are still in good shape with plenty of tread left on them. I do not understand why they are falling apart, but they are. This is the first and last pair of Nunn Bush shoes that I buy.

I have bought these shoes for years and they had been comfortable. I ordered a wide, same as past 8 - 10 pairs. Tongue shows W but bottom does not as it did in previous pairs I bought. Previous pairs were comfortable before break in. This pair is not. Looks like something changed. Do not seem as well built as before. I may need to switch to another brand. Will not mail order next time but need to check out in store If I can find them. If same as these will not buy again.

These came quickly and were exactly what I was expecting. However, the soles are very soft and are wearing down very quickly. I normally have wear in the outside of my heel, but these shoes had visible wear after about a week of use. This is much quicker than I experience with other shoes.
