This is the fifth pair of these I have bought. You have shorten the tongue just enough to make them awkward to put on !

Not a very comfortable shoe....picture of shoe is deceiving..

Business-casual, on feet a lot. As they show wear switch to more casual and with jeans. My 3rd pair has not held up as well as first two. Bummer. Also, can't get them in local store to check for workmanship and sizing.

Very comfortable, but does not last enough for the price paid. The sole cracks too soon

Bought this shoe on a recommendation from a friend. Everything that he said was true. Great fit, comfort and light weight, but the soles only last a short while. I use my shoes in the shop. Painted smooth cement floors. My soles wore evenly but are worn thin and almost thru in under 2 years. This is from only wearing them perhaps 8 hours per week. Upgrade the soles and you have a great shoe. The shoe was given a 3 star rating because of the soles.

I bought two pairs (brown and black) on Veterans day and by Jan the soles wore out. I only wore them at work and alternate the color. I would think they would last longer.

I have wore this shoe for years. Maybe 20 to 25 pairs. I love the comfort, obviously. At times I have 2 pairs at the same time. Lately, the last 3 to 4 pairs, the heals and soles are wearing out too fast. Almost disintegrating. I have 2 pairs now doing the same thing. The uppers look almost new. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed. A few years back, I got much longer wear out of each pair.

I have worn these shoes for years. Very comfortable. The last shoes I've bought the tongue has been too short.

I work in the court system and wear these shoes just about every day. They are very comfortable.

I ordered the same style shoe in black and brown. The brown pair was fine and I have been wearing them. The black pair was an issue and have been returned for replacement. The eyelets were very loose or missing entirely from both the left and right shoe. Clearly QC didn't do their job and I was disappointed that I had to pay for the return shipping even though the entire issue was the fault of Nunn Bush. I think in a situation like this, the return should be paid for by Nunn Bush. Size, color, fit was perfect. The shoe clearly was never inspected.

Great shoe - I am on my third pair - but I have an issue with the sole. There are three grooves accross the width. One is right where the foot bends when walking. On all three of mine, this groove splits and results in moisture seeping inside. Any thoughts on correcting this?

Have been buying this shoe for work the last 3 to 4 years for the look and price, but they tend to wear quicker than I think they should, as I seem to repurchase every 5 to 6 months. I wear them to work everyday, and it is a concrete foor. Over time, the sole will split, and in the last 2 purchases have noticed the sole also splitting along the side or back of the heel, almost seeming to collapse into itself, causing a sort of pronation. Also the stitching in the toe area seems as though it starts to fray more now, than in the past. I still like the look, and it would probably work great as a casual shoe, the last purchase was 2 pairs to be able to do that, but for me, their days as a work shoe may have come to an end.

I have bought several pairs in the last few years and they have been great up til now. In one of the shoes the gel in the heel came out and formed a sticky mess in the shoe...I had only worn the shoe once....kind of a toss up on if I would recommend to a friend.....before this pair...I loved them.

The shoe is great but in six months the sole started coming apart. Nunn Bush replaced them, but didn't give me a return tag with the replacement shoes which leads me to believe that if these do not hold up I am just out of luck.

The problem I seam to have is with the sole, either it splits on the bottom or pulls apart from the leather. If you could just improve this one aspect of the shoe it would be worth every penny but the way it is now I would only buy it on sale.
