Attractive shoe, not so great fit -
I like the look of these shoes with jeans and yoga pants, but they have a few fit problems: 1) These are not really mules - there is half inch rise at the heel, which makes slipping them on and off difficult; 2) the elastic part on top of the shoe pinches the top of my foot. I definitely wouldn't wear these shoes for distance walking (I'm sure I'd get blisters), but they're a great casual shoe for shopping and running errands.

Not that great....
As I am prone to blistering, I was hoping that these mules would be easier on my feet; but that was not to be. I found that these Rykas run small in size. These are not true mules as there is half inch rise at the heel which is very uncomfortable and causes blistering. The removable sole liner is only minimally cushioned.
It's not a Zappos problem, but a Ryka design problem.

Ouch confirmed!
I didn't heed the warnings of others about hurting across the top of the foot. My feet are medium width and I never have a problem with shoes. These were wide enough seemingly. Plenty of room in the toe. I was pleased with the slip-on style. They fit snug which is good for this type of shoe if you plan to do any good amount of walking. However, on the top on the very edge, the stretchiness of the fabric stops and there is a bit of a band on the edge which does not give at all. I put them on to wear and within ten minutes or less I knew they were going back. In fact, my feet hurt the rest of the day at the place where they had been compressed across the top. Like I had temporary nerve damage. I don't have bony or fat feet and have never experienced this before. They are cute, but they need re-engineered across the top. I guess if you had narrow feet you should get the medium width and you might be okay.
