This shoe is beautiful! I get so many compliments when I wear them. True to the Vans brand, they required very little breaking in. Super comfortable. I will likely purchase more in different colors.

I had a pair of these sneakers I'm high school 20 some years ago. When I saw that Vans still made them, I knew I had to buy them again. I'm on concrete on my feet at work and these were comfortable right out of the box with no break in needed. I love the slim profile of them and they go with a variety of different outfits.

Classics. Zappos ships super quick too.

I bought these for work. I really love them, even for outside of work.

Great basic canvas shoe for the summer. Something cheap enough that I don't feel bad throwing them out after I go barefoot until fall.

Called classics for a reason. I bought a pair for my husband and liked them so much I got a pair for myself. I was hesitant about white shoes but they wash well. I am on my (flat) feet all day in these and have almost no foot pain at night. I like that I can dress them up for work or church and still dress them down to run errands.

Classic shoe for casual style.

I wanted casual every day shoes to wear over the summer. I got black/black, which goes well with jeans and shorts. I was able to wear the shoes in comfort right away without feeling like they needed to be broken in.

These shoes goes great when I wear my Hollister apparel, especially with slim straight jeans and denim shorts.The only thing I would suggest for comfort is get some gel pads for arch support that you just peel off the backing and place em in the shoes were your arch is and there you go.

Literally my favorite shoes ever. I wear them out and buy a new pair. So comfortable and so cute. Can dress up and dress down. Yay!

Bought these for casual/chill, not for skating. Classic aesthetic black shoe with white stitching, and vulc sole with black stripe. The style speaks for itself. Not the most comfortable shoe out there - thin tongue, minor collar padding around the ankle. They're not uncomfortable by any means; they're just not super-cush.

I really like vans as a spring summer sneaker. Ive been wearing them since I was a kid. I have a pair of slip ons and the era lace up. I wear a 5.5 men’s/7 womens in the slip on and a 6 men’s /7.5 womens in the lace up since the slip on would be too big in the larger size and slip right off my heel. I usually wear a 7.5/8 womens shoe depending on the brand so I’d say this shoe runs true to size. I had no problem with having to break these in, I found them comfortable right out of the box. I wear them with a no show sock as I don’t like the feel without a sock. If you’re going to wear them barefoot then I’d recommend going a half size down. There is no arch support so if you need that this is not the shoe for you. Its a kickin around town shoe, not a running shoe. Wish I could own a pair in every color but the budget isn’t that big.. ;)

Love these shoes, I have them in three different colors. For me they are a little wider than some other brands, so I can wear socks comfortably with them.

I've tried many varieties, but I always come back to these as my go-to day-to-day shoes.

I have always loved vans, been wearing them since I was a kid and that was a long time ago ;) I currently own a pair of slip ons and these. These run true to size, or maybe 1/2 size big if you are in between sizes. I wear a 7 1/2 or and 8 in sneakers depending on the brand and in these I wear the men’s 6/womens 7.5 In the slip on I wear the men’s 5.5/womens 7 as the bigger size would slip off my heel and they do stretch just slightly. I feel these shoes run slightly wide so if you have a narrow foot I don’t recommend them, I would go with the converse instead. I have a medium width foot and these are a little wide for me whereas converse a slightly narrow even though I can wear both without either being a real problem. There is no real arch support but I find these shoes very comfortable, I didnt need any breaking in period. They are great kickin around town shoes. They’re not meant for running or if Im going to be walking miles and miles, or do some light hiking I wear my running shoes instead. They’re a great all around casual sneaker.

I have loved vans since I was a kid and I have had the era Slip on for a couple of years now and theyre still going strong. I like the era core classic over the original because I personally prefer the padded collar. I do think the lace up definitely runs a 1/2 size smaller than the slip on so order up. I wear a 5.5 men’s / 7 womens in the slip on and a 6/7.5 in this shoe. Overall I think the era is comfortable for a casual sneaker, I mean its not meant for running the mile if you know what I mean.. I wear mine all summer long, I just love em
