I LOVE IT!!! I bought a plain black Jansport about a year ago as a freshman in high school. I used it everyday carrying multiple textbooks and lots of other junk. When school was out I used it for weekend trips and vacations and still it looks GREAT! There is almost no wear and it's still sturdy. This is a great bag and now I’m here to buy a second one in a much cooler color.

Jansport Backpack Review - Sturdy backpack. This is my second purchase as the last one I bought lasted two years (for a high school student carrying many books every day!) Very, very pleased!!

Very sturdy pack - a very good buy

Great backpack! This was a 6th grade graduation gift for my youngest son, and the fifth SuperBreak I've bought. Very durable, fits all of the "stuff" high schoolers pack around easily. Cheap packs are not worth it - go for the Jansport.

Rad - I love how they come in all of the colors, lifetime warranty and are so simple! Ebags.com has them for considerably less, even with shipping. I guess the lightning fast shipping of Zappos surpasses the slightly higher price.

MY SON LOVES IT! I ordered this bag for my oldest son. He loves it, and knows this one is his. We ordered the tiki color. I recommended this bag to my 7 year old whom immediately picked the tiki color, because of its lifetime warranty and its durability. With the unique design (which I don't think he heard a word I said) it was an easy sell!

Great bag! I definitely love this backpack. It is very simple but is definitely one of the most stylish backpacks. The quality of the new Jansport isn't as good as some of the older ones I have seen...but this one has not shown any signs of wear and tear, so besides all the dirt and stuff from use, its in great condition.

Great all around bag - This is the only style of back pack I've ever carried. I bought my first at university back in the early 90's and I still carry it for work today. Zappos is the only place I can find this style in my favorite color, all black. This bag is heavy duty and really lasts. The last one I purchased is almost three years old and is still in good shape and I carry it every day. I use it for work - I'm a Director of Photography for a film and video production company - and I abuse this bag with camera batteries/tapes/tools etc... And it can take it. The straps are comfortable and "old school" straight like I like them. I'm just not a fan of the newer styled, contoured straps that seem to be every where these days. Great bag for all your needs!

Just what i needed - I wanted this bag because I use it for my son, he has special needs. I did not want a bag with too may pockets, but I wanted a nice style and quality of course, I turned to Jansport.

Just what we were looking for... My daughter HAD to have the Jansport original backpack for school this year. Nothing else would do. Evidently so did every other kid in central Florida. There were none to be found - Anywhere! Zappos.com had every color you could imagine and we had it in plenty of time for school. She loves it. It's perfect. Just the right size and the construction is so sturdy. You can always count on Jansport to last an entire school year.

JanSport was the must have back pack when I was in junior high. Now my daughter is rocking one in the same building I was in. This size is prefect for middle-school. The multi sticker print is really cute and we both love it. I'm very happy with the quality, price, and speed of shipping.

Perfect backpack, besides one thing. No side water bottle holder! This caused me to return it and buy a Puma backpack. Sorry Jansport!

Great color...slightly lighter than on photo here. My fashion conscious HS girl loves it as it goes with most things. It's not great for comfort as it really doesn't offer much padding. It s just good for the color and simple style. If you want better pockets, padding, etc....don't get this.

When I first saw this backpack on Zappos I loved it. What I wish someone had told me though was the the green is much darker than the picture shows. I recommend this for a young boy. Also, the backpack is very small for textbooks and binders.

While I really like the look of these backpacks, there just aren't enough compartments. For someone in high school, I recommend that you should look for a bigger backpack.

JanSport SuperBreak - It does not have as many compartments, it hurts when I put a lot of books in the bag. I think maybe this is more of a casual school bag, like for summer use only (when you don’t have a lot of things to carry), for academic year use, it’s not as good.

I would not recommend this bag for college students. It has absolutely no structure and forget about organizational pockets. When you put even one hard-bound textbook inside, the pack is heavy on your shoulders. It is a cute bag for junior high school students and lower. For college, choose something else with more structure and organization.
