Sporty bag at a great price. The Jansport Elefunk is roomy enough to hold a 17" laptop, but I recommend additional padding for your electronics. The bag also holds my teaching books, which is a big plus. The zipper goes up the side so loading and unloading the laptop is simple. The padded shoulder strap is nice at this price point. A great bag for the money. And, I still can't get over how fast Zappos delivery is!

Great Bag - This is a great looking bag. It is very spacious and has lots of compartments. The only thing is it is almost too big if I don't put my computer in it.

Just want I wanted.... The bag is great - it packs a lot in it and is comfortable to carry around. I am a medical student so I always have tons of material to carry around with me and this made it cake. The apperance and quailty were excellent and the overnight shipping for free was ideal!

Good design, lots of space - This is a great bag for all sizes of laptops. It's made so that the strap pulls up the sides of the bag so that it could accommodate a 12" to a 17" computer -- very handy. There's also a ton of room left over for files, notebooks, books, water bottles, etc, etc, which I found really lacking in other bags. My only complaint is that it is pretty sporty -- I wish I could find a fancier bag with the same features!

Travel Deal - I love the bag... I use it mainly for travel and it is big enough for my computer things and the use of a purse. I am so happy i purchased it.... I recommend this bag for anyone traveling or in school..

Jansport Elefunk - I think it is a great buy. I am usually skeptical about buying something I can’t touch and feel but purchasing this bag online has changed all that. It was just what I wanted. It is strong, spacious, and comfortable and I like the black color a lot. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking to buy it.

This bag is nice! The Jansport Elefunk seems to be a great bag. I just bought it, and I like it. The strap is comfortable to me, even when I put in a heavy load. It seems to carry what I want to put in, though. Overall, it's an excellent product! Oh, the colors are nice, too.

Amazing school bag - Love this bag. Tons of sections to store everything perfect!

Work Bag - I work form home often and needed a large bag to transfer files. At first I thought it was too big but it fits plenty and still not too heavy to carry. The cushion straps helps.

This is a great bag - Elefunk has everything you want in this type of bag. Lots of space, compartments, and it's lightweight. The only problem is it allows me to carry TOO MUCH!

Messenger bag - I purchased this because the last Jansport backpack I purchased for my daughter lasted about 7 years and is still usable. My son goes through about 3 a year of other brands. I don't know if this bag will hold up so long of course, but it is a beautiful bag and we are very happy with it.

I love this bag. It is very roomy and carries all of my stuff. My very first purchase off of Zappos and I'm definitely buying from here again.

Good bag for the money... This is a great bag with multiple uses (It is necessary to carry my swim gear as well as office stuff... it does that well)... my first internet purchase... goodbye to malls.

Great bag! This bag holds a lot of stuff! The corner pockets and water bottle holder are very handy!!!

Nifty bag - Well this is a very nice looking back, and accomodates all my stuff nicely. I especially like the water bottle holder and the front organizer. The thing is, it's really extrememly uncomfortable. But then again, I often have tons of stuff to drag back and forth to school with me. It needs a much better shoulder strap. But at least it looks nice!

This is a great bag. It has a ton of storage, most of which is easy to access while it’s slung over your shoulder, well done to the designers for figuring that out. The only drawback is that the strap has too little 'grip', meaning that it slides around while you walk and requires a few adjustments here and there. The strap also doesn’t pull that tight, meaning that the bag hangs a little low even at the tightest setting.

JanSport Messenger Bag - Nice design with well thought out pockets; nice padding on the body side of the bag; the shoulder strap works great, but could use a more substantial handle grip for lifting, etc. when you're not carrying it around on your shoulder.

Awesome-My son used this bag to school. Even it looks too big for him, he really like it. Very light weight. Goods for school and traveling. Thanks Zappos.

Big Big Bag - My daughter started high school this year and decided she wanted a messenger bag instead of a backpack. We ordered this bag because it seemed to have the storage capacity equivalent to a large backpack. We didn't take into account how awkward this would be to carry over your shoulder. She's 5'4" and the bag proved to be too big for her. She was getting bumped and pushed frequently in the crowded hallways. It makes a nice overnight bag, though.

Great Looker But For the Smaller Laptops - Great looking bag, no doubt. Lots of pockets and storage and very well made. Sturdy. Roomy. However, my Macbook Pro (17") didn’t quite fit in the laptop compartment. That isn’t a huge deal as the main compartment has enough room for the computer and two texts. If you have a lappy 15" or smaller, this is a great bag to have. Plus you can’t beat the price.

Work bag - Would be better if it had more inside compartments. Other than that great bag!

Jansport's Elefunk messenger bag - I needed a bag for my laptop and had a very hard time finding one to fit my 17" and still have room for books, my purse, water, and a few other things! It gets a bit heavy, but that is because my computer is ginormous and this bag is perfect for any laptop plus whatever else you need to tote around. You no longer need to carry a separate bag for books and other things, which is what I had to do....such a hassle! So far it is strong and wears well, and the only complaint I have is that it could include a carry handle and would be the ultimate bag! Still, it is just about perfect. I got it in the pink, and it is really pretty and I get compliments all the time. I even got called "the pretty girl with the pretty pink bag" so hey, I'll take that! :)

Nice bag for the price - I have tried several messenger style bags over the past year, toting items from my car to the office 5 blocks away. This bag is probably the best value of the half dozen I've tried. I wish it had a zipper storage in the back for the newspaper, but all in all, good value. It is sturdy, seems to be weather resistant and decent storage areas.
