Very sturdy shoes - I bought these shoes for my boys. Last year I bought the same model from a store, for one of my boys. They lasted one full year, and it was the only pair of shoes that he liked to wear. They still look good (they don’t fit anymore). They can be washed. So this year I bought 2 pairs, From Zappos; no more searching stores. Both of my boys like this model. I recommend it, even though they are expensive.

Ecco Navy - Ecco provides a lot of comfort and is a light weight shoe. My son loves them and the navy is a good color if it gets dirty, you can wash them on a gentle cycle in the washing machine. I like that the insole of the shoe is removable too.

Son loves the shoes - These shoes were rather attractive and are easy for my 5 year to put on and off. You should get a size bigger than what your child normally wears. Since they are European manufacturer, you have to get a whole size larger rather than a half size.
