I was hoping these would work, but at this point I am not sure if I will keep them. The silver color is lovely, exactly what I need, but the foot bed doesn't have enough arch support for me. Combine that with the overall floppiness as the thin strap doesn't hold the shoe close to your foot, it just doesn't work so well with my plantar fasciitis.

I ordered the camo with the neon pink liner and really liked these, except for one thing: the buckle on these is pink plastic unlike all the others which are metal. The plastic doesn't seem all that durable and already I keep having to slide the buckle on the right shoe back into place. I imagine over time this plastic may wear and break and then the strap won't stay where it's supposed to, rendering the shoe useless. I'm going to return this pair for this reason alone - the rest of the shoes, comfort and color wise is great. Bummer about the crappy plastic buckle!

I was delighted to find these. We used to wear Dr. Scholl's all the time when my kids were little (now 40, 37). They come in quite handy if you need to pound something and don't have a hammer. They do take some breaking in time.

Like the look but very disappointed in the soles. The rubber sole at the bottom wears out right away. It is like these shoes are only suited for walking on very smooth surfaces.

I like these shoes because they look great and I am a sucker for wooden shoes. I read the reviews before I bought them. It's true they do rub on your feet and can be very harsh and painful. The straps hurt one foot but did not bother the other. I put a band-aid over my foot to cover where it was rubbing. Be forewarned that there is a break in period for these shoes. I can see how it could chew up some people's feet very easily. I endured because I like how these look. It took about 2-3 weeks of wearing them periodically to break them in. Hope this helps.

So, I know that these will end up being incredibly comfortable eventually, since my mother has a pair that she's had for 35 years and they hold up well and are super comfy. However, the first time I wore these, straight out of the box, they ripped huge blisters into the knuckle on my big toe. I suggest wearing them after a shower or with a piece of moleskin on your foot for a while before trying to wear them for a significant amount of walking time.

The adjustable slide is very difficult to slide to adjust. Both pairs I purchased had the same problem.

I so wanted these shoes to work out as I used to wear these many years ago, but sadly they did not. I could not adjust the strap so not sure if this was just a defective pair.

Very uncomfortable shoe. Wooden, unpadded inner soles make walking difficult if you have any sort of foot sensitivity.

Yes - this shoe is fabulous. So stylish, cute, and better than a flip flop. But I don't see how people can walk in them. I don't mind an uncomfortable shoe in the name of fashion! But while walking around the house to get used to them, my foot slipped out and the arch of my foot came down on the wood. Ouch! It brought tears to my eyes. Sadly, I have to return.

I just returned these. I was sad since in the picture they look fabulous. The description says they are leather, but the shoe says fabric upper. These sandals are way too much money to not be made of leather.

I love these sandals but I am very disappointed with the longevity of the soles! They are already worn down after just a few weeks of wear. Will not order this product again.

Are you even kidding me? At this price? I remember when these were less money and came in a box at Bradley or Caldor! What a rip off!

These shoes are a nightmare. A heartbreaking nightmare, because I was so excited about them. The leather -- that single, simple-looking strap -- tears my feet to pieces within a minute. I've tried different settings on the buckle, but it doesn't seem to help. After a few hours of wearing these, I had to wear flip-flops for the next two weeks while my feet healed; strangers on the subway commented on how torn up my feet were, the damage was that bad. I don't understand; Dr. Scholl's is supposed to be about comfort and foot health, but I can't find any way to make these work, and I'm not generally that picky about comfort, nor is there anything unusual about my feet! Aside from the coarse strap, they are also just hard to keep on your foot -- and if your foot slips, you can have a really awkward (at best) or dangerous (at worst) accident. If I'm missing something about how to make these work, someone please tell me -- I was so sure I'd love them that I threw away all the packaging, and now they are but a sad memory, sitting in my closet.

These are precisely what I was looking for. They are stylish, comfortable and versatile. I have gotten many compliments on them. Perfect for summer! Don't vacillate, just buy them. You won't regret it.

I ordered this and the Original 2.0 and what a difference in quality. The 2.0 is made in China and you can tell. Poor stitching, mismatch colors. This is still made in Italy. The 2.0 looked like it would fall apart! I usually wear a 5.5, sometimes a 6. The 5 fit perfectly.

Just like the old hippie days in college. It is good to have an old friend back in my life. The original wooden Dr. Scholl's, nothing beats them - when the weather is hot the shoe is cool. All you need is love!

I had a pair of these in the 70's. Am now suffering from a 'morton's neuroma' (nerve damage between 3rd and 4th toe) and these shoes are therapeutic for this painful condition. The support is in the metatarsal arch. Love them.

I was not sure what size to purchase, since my very old pair of Dr. Scholls no longer had a size visible on the leather. I originally purchased a 9, but those were a little too small (I normally wear a 9.5). I ordered the 10 and they fit fantastic. I recommend if you are a half size to order up.

This is my third pair and I can always count on them being exactly like the last pair and not changing in design or in the fit.

What can I say about this original design, it is truly the best ever. I have heard about this design from the women in my family that have grown up on Dr. Scholl's, who swear by it. Now, I know why. This is truly the most comfortable design for everyday living. I will definitely be buying more in different colors.

Love these old school clogs! They make me think of my high school days. And thankfully they are super comfy so I can look cute and have happy feet!

I've worn Dr. Scholl's (Original) for one week and find myself dislodging pebbles from the soles. Very poor quality. If you don't want "holes in the soles," walk only on smooth surfaces. I will keep them for only one reason and that is nostalgic memories of 1970. I'll remember the "good old days" of Dr. Scholl. But they are gone.

I ordered the original and they are comfortable and stylish like they were back in the day. I also love the new tan color. My only complaint is, I have only worn them for 1 day, and the rubber soles are full of holes, small rocks and pebbles, plus the soles are also wearing out after 1 wear. I only went to the mall today, no place where they would get rough wear. I read that other people are having the same problem. So does anyone know if they are going to fix this problem, or keep making them with shoddy soles?

Love the shoes, but wish they came to me in the dark wood and I didn't like the fact that the sole was white. They left foot fit perfectly but the right foot, I needed to adjust the strap but couldn't. I do not want to return them, I love them and wore them as a child. So I've been looking on line for a how-to video to move the strap.
