Great Shoe, Great Company - This shoe is very comfortable. Nice cushion for entire shoe. How great to find wide widths that are actually wide. The micro fiber material on this shoe reminds me somewhat of linen, very classy. The bow is a nice touch, not too big and doesn't get hung up on a long skirt. And I can't say enough about the customer service at Zappos. Every customer service rep I encountered during my search for the perfect shoe (I went through 4 different pairs) was professional, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to help me find a shoe that worked on my recently operated-on foot. Returns were problem free and so easy. Five stars to customer service, too.

Great shoe - I have a long narrow foot and in the part have had to buy either Ferragamos or Stuart Weitzman. I was so excited to fine a cute shoe at such a reasonable price that actually fit!!!!

I always buy shoes with bows! The first pair I ordered in an 8ww was huge, so I exchanged it for a half size smaller. The fit seemed great, but the shoes squeaked when I walked. No problem, Zappos sent me another pair that were sound free. I love the look of this classic shoe and the WW is amazing. The heel is a little loose having worn them once, but everything else about them is so terrific that I will make them work. Zappos is amazing to deal with! I will add Ros Hommerson to my frequent search list!

LOVELY SHOES - LOVELY FIT - These shoes are so comfortable as well as very stylish. The next time I order I will order a half size smaller. However, with a shoe liner they fit perfectly and it feels as if I am walking on a cloud. Will definitely order again in the future.

These are SO cute! These are really beautiful shoes. They are also very comfortable to wear; look great; and they fit!! What more could you want?! Especially in size 11.5N! I am SO excited!

The shoe style is wonderful, great looking, and wears easily. However, the metal paper liner makes feet perspire, so I am returning the 2nd pair I bought.

Cloth Covered Shoes - It is a big difference for me. I've never bought or worn shoes like this before. Not my usual type of shoe. But I like this one for the first time.

Elegant and comfortable - I took the advice of one earlier reviewers and bought these in a narrower size than I wear in some other brands (9 1/2 AAA) and am so pleased with how they look and feel. I have trouble finding shoes that are narrow enough, particularly in the heel and these work well. I stood up for 2 hours the first time I wore them and they were very comfortable and elegant.

Beautiful - Beautiful shoe. I usually wear a 7 1/2WW, but I got these in a 7WW. The heel is a bit loose, but a heel pad made them fit.

An attractive shoe that, while low-heeled, doesn't look like a flat. It is definitely dressy, but would suit a wide variety of ages.

Zappos wins again! The Ros Hommerson Dip is a beautifully, dressy shoe that is on a lovely shaped heel. I don't think I would find it comfortable for all day, but then it looks like an evening shoe. I have to buy 3A to fit my heel, but the toe is a little tight, but will probably improve as I wear it. Low heel dressy shoes are next to impossible to find. Thanks Zappos!

A great shoe - I was forced to switch to a low heel due to a medical condition. I thought I'd have to sacrifice looks...I was wrong. These shoes are so pretty. And they were worn comfortably for 8 hours of standing right out of the box. I love them.

Great for young teens! I ordered this shoe for my 12 year old daughter for a dress shoe. Her long, slim foot is hard to fit, especially in a shoe with a low heel. She loves them! They are so cute, I'm considering a pair myself. Make sure you're aware it is a fabric shoe.

Ross Hommerson shoes fit - I have a short, narrow foot and it is difficult to find shoes in my size; the choices are limited. This shoe feels good and is perfect for the holidays! The heel shape is "cute". I also have the Christmas shoes w/ the snowmen and Santas on them. These fit about the same.

Beautiful Shoe! This shoe looks pretty on the website, but the photo really doesn't do it justice. I was worried that the "microtouch" would look like a fake suede, but it's actually a satin ribbon-type texture. Really gorgeous. Heel is low and the shoe is comfortable. I ordered this size in an 11WW, although I'm usually an 11W, because I had a feeling that it would run narrow as fancy shoes tend to do. I was right--the WW fit perfectly. Totally recommend this shoe, especially to wide-width wearers.

Great shoe - I haven't had a chance to wear this shoe a lot, just tried it on and it fit. My problem is that my feet are in between width's, a M is sometimes to narrow and a wide is too wide. depends on the brand. So I took a half size bigger and they felt good.

Cute black flats - Very cute black flat, very dressy, more than I expected. About a half size too long, keep in mind when ordering. Awesome for a wide width shoe.

Great shoe - I plan to wear it with a formal gown and will be able to dance the night away in comfort. Dressy wide shoes are hard to find in local stores. I originally ordered the WW, but had to return because they were too wide. The wide is just perfect.

A great look - I was recently told that I could not wear heels. As a flat this shoe looked great with my cocktail dress. I felt very comfortable and fashionable with them on.

ANOTHER PERFECT PAIR OF SHOES! This is a great pair of shoes. You can wear them straight away without any discomfort. The fabric really adds extra class. Again, they are great 4 dressing up or down!

I love this shoe! It's stunning without being a high heel. And it doesn't fit. I tried a 10M, 9.5W, and 10W and they all don't work. The closest was the 9.5W but it was too big. (I usually wear a 10W, sometimes a 9.5W.) So disappointed. Curious to know what size fits whom!

This was my answer to a holiday shoe to wear in my own home while hosting dinner for 12 people. Looked dressy and was comfortable.

Review #2 of same shoe/different size. Tried a 10W - way too long and big. Tried a 9.5M - way too narrow around the vamp. Sad. The 9.5W is out of stock. I usually wear a 9.5W sometimes a 10M so it's hard to tell. Still a stunning shoe.

Stunning and a nice bit of heel v. totally flat. Alas, it runs very big. I normally wear a 9.5 or 10 W. W/ the more tapered toe, I ordered 10W. It's way too big! AND the shoe has clearly been worn - bottom looks like it was worn a few times and returned. If this specific shoe is to be sold again, it should be first checked for wear.

I have major foot problems -- plantar fasciitis and bunions -- as well as a small, wide shoe size. I was looking for flat shoes that would be comfortable but beautiful enough to wear to a wedding. When I took these out of the box, I was thrilled at how adorable they are, but worried how long I'd be able to walk in them. Well, I made it through the entire wedding without a bit of pain. I'm very satisfied with this purchase!
