The shoes I got were not even close to this rich brown color. They were more of a light tan. Not the taupe ones, as I have those...they didn't even feel the same. They came from Amazon, in an envelope with a crushed shoe box. Come on Zappos, you used to be top notch. I am wondering if they were fake because the color was sooooooo much lighter and they just seemed off. Returned right away.

I ordered the narrow in size 39 after trying on the regular width in a shoe store. The length was good, but my feet were too narrow for them. I ordered the 39 in narrow and found it ran small in the narrow width and had to size up.

5’9 and have long skinny feet. Ended up getting a 42. Fit great and love them.

Fit and style are good, but quality is not. In less than two weeks the sole has detached. Very dissappointing.

The footbed fit me perfectly but I flopped out of slide because the upper didn't get narrow enough for my foot, even when adjusted buckle to tightest fit.

They’re Birkenstocks, they’re not going to win any fashion awards. But thank God for Birkenstocks, because they fit my wide feet, when I can’t squeeze my foot into most shoes, even when I go up a size. I love these clogs, I can even wear them with thick socks. Yay.

This classic Birkenstock clog is a great shoe, but not a great shoe for me. It's slightly bigger and wider than what I need. When I used to have a lot of foot swelling, with socks these were great. But I no longer have this swelling, so I have not been able to wear them anymore, even with socks.

Birkenstocks are always great! For these I had to size up from my usual Birkenstock sandal size and go with the narrow width. Maybe it has to do with the closed toe box, but my usual size felt too small and I wanted space to wear with socks. Took a little trial and error to get my right size, but once I got there I loved them!

They are extremely well made and comfortable. They are not, however "mink suede". The color is more mustardy, less mink. Initially I was not happy, but the color works for my wardrobe and so I kept them. Just know that you will not get the color advertised if you order the "mink suede". For comfort, they can't be beat.

I purchased these twice for my son. The 1st pair, which I did return, kept collapsing at the toe. Now this 2nd pair looks scuffed and worn at the toe. He wants to keep them because he is impatient and really wants the shoe for school. I'm not so sure I'm willing to spend $170 on scuffed shoes. Very disappointed in the quality.

What happened to the quality of this brand? The suede is far too flimsy and the footbed feels like cardboard. I used to love my Birks. I've tried on more comfortable lookalikes.

I ordered size 38/narrow and it fits like a glove! Very comfortable right out of the box and I really like the soft foot bed. They don’t flop around on my feet and will be great with socks come colder weather! I also really like that the inside of the toe has a protective coat as so the toes are stronger and won’t stain the feet. Get these, they are worth it!

I sure do love me some Birkenstock's! These Bostons do seem to run a bit wide. However, I am a narrow in all Birkenstocks and these were no different! I am a true size 5(35 EU), and they fit like a glove.

Women should definitely consider the narrow in this style! Made the mistake of not reading the reviews and realizing this was a unisex style. My feet aren’t what I would describe as narrow, so I selected “Women” and ordered my usual size 39. When I got them, my feet were swimming width wise and lengthwise. Pro-tip: if you order the narrow in your usual size, this will solve the problem; 39 narrow were shorter and narrower, and fit perfectly.

I would love to review the product but when they arrived, they were visibly worn. It is NOT ok to send used shoes on a sight that represents NEW shoes for full new shoe price. What happened to Zappos? Used to be such a wonderful company you could trust. Not anymore. Once this return goes through I will delete my Zappos account. This is crazy.
