Arrived in an Amazon envelope without box and scuffed up. Not even sure they are real

The snap on the left foot was defective and wouldn't stay snapped. In the process of returning and re-ordering.

I owned several Birks- so no issues with the fit and quality BUT I received my order today Boston soft footbed- the round metal button on the side broke/ came off and it’s OBVIOUSLY been used and CANNOT be used- so I reported it to zappos rep, she just said sorry. Customer service And quality control for sure went downhill after zappos merged with amazon. Obviously no one inspects returned items specially the not so cheap ones.

I usually wear an 8.5 in sandal and loafers. Recently done shoes and heels I have gone up to 9. 8-8.5 is what I needed. That size was not avaso I tried size 9. Too bad. The shoes are very comfy and supple. I am going to reorder in correct size when it is available.

My granddaughter stated. They did not fit properly.

Very dissatisfied. Ordered on Dec 9 for a Christmas gift, never received. Was refunded, but never received the item. Very disappointed.

First, let me say that the Birkenstocks fit as expected and are a great clog. My issue is that the pair that was sent to me seem to have been worn and are not in brand new condition. There are rub marks on the inner sole. The tags were cut off and laying in the box with the cut string. The box came very damaged. This is really disappointing as these are a Christmas gift for my daughter. With Christmas just days away and these no longer being available, I taped the box the best that I could, reattached tags and tried to make them look brand new. For $160 I should not have had to do this. Won't be ordering from Zappos in the future.

It was half a size too long for me

I ordered two sizes the 5 and the 6, because I wasn't sure of my size. My usual size is a 6 or 6-1/2. The 6 in the Birkenstock was too big so I sent it back. The size 5 fit perfectly and I find it to be very comfortable. I would recommend this shoe.

I ordered these Birks for a family member for Christmas who wants them very badly!! I was very disappointed when I received them kinda floating around in an amazon - zappos box? They don't even look like new shoes - they look worn? I wish you would send a new pair. Please respond

Regular width is TOO wide.. looks like clown shoes.

Love these!! However I think they run a full size big. I’m a true 7.5 and a 38 is way too big. Sized down to a 37 and they are perfect.

This shoe was very uncomfortable. The arch was so hard there was no way I could stand wearing them. I put them on, took a few steps and it was actually painful.

The two shoes looked and fit different. I believe that one of the shoes was a counterfeit or defective. Returned immediately.

I ordered the regular/wide even though Birkenstock says the narrow version fits most women. Glad I did. Fit well and nice color. Only complaint is that they arrived with a smudge on the toe that won't come off -- looks like a grease or oil stain.

Love the shoe but will order in a smaller size

I find the Boston is the most versatile and enduring style. Wear it with shorts, jeans or dressier slacks - it all works. Plus I’ve been spoiled by the Boston Soft Footbed. It’s the only kind I wear. I just wish more Boston styles would have it - like the Boston Big Buckle, and the seasonal colors.

I love the soft footbed. I can wear Birkenstocks right out of the box. So comfortable!
