Let's just say that the Castros are so awesome that I own a pair, my brother owns 4 pairs in different colors, and our Dad owns two pair. These slip-ons are super comfortable, well made, easy to wear, and good looking. I highly recommend owning at least 1 pair.

My husband loves these. I am ordering more. Perfect for around the house, he uses them like slippers.

Poor quality. I bought these as an around the house casual shoe/slipper. For that purpose they fit the bill. They're comfortable. easy to slip on, got a little style to them, etc. Overall I was pleased. However, I look down at my feet today to find that the stitching that connect the tongue of the shoe to the side has totally come undone on my right shoe. After less than two months! Heck I don't even know if I've worn these outside! Just around the house at the end of the day and already they're coming apart! Lame! I wouldn't recommend.

This is definitely a casual shoe and not a slipper. Not very comfortable if you try to wear without socks and too "clunky" for around the house.

A very good looking and comfortable shoe; however, the lacing that binds to top with the side came loose and unraveled the first day I started wearing them after only 3-4 hours of easy walking. Maybe I just got a bad pair?

I liked the shoes at first. They were comfortable and I wore them as slippers. After a month, the stitching came apart on one of the shoes. The shoes are now sitting in the closet because I can't wear one of them.

Zappos has always been 110% helpful to me in every way from purchases to returns, speedy and accurate deliveries to great helpful staff. I always check with zappos before I go anywhere else especially for shoes. They have everything I want in stock and my size 99.9% of the time. Great job guys, thanks for everything!

Owned a pair of these for about 5 years. They were thrashed but held up well for how long I had them. These are a nice blend between a slipper and an actual shoe, comfy, warm, and stylish.

Love the style, just wish I could have tried them on first so I didn't have to send the first ones back, they run a little small. They are stiff at first so they came off my heels on every step, but once they get broken in they fit better.

These shoes are awesome. As others have said, they can be worn outside of the house due to the rigid sole. They were a little tight when I got them but they are super comfy after a week.

This is my husband's second pair of these slippers and he will probably never be satisfied with any other slipper. Ordering from Zappos.com was very easy. We had to return a wrong size and it couldn't have been easier. Our credit appeared quickly.

I bought these for my husband to use indoors because he had started to wear his regular shoes with an orthotic support in because otherwise his feet bothered him. They seem to be working great! He says they have very good support.

Service was extra fast and friendly. I ordered with a Canadian credit card without a hitch. The shoes were as expected, though my husband found them a little tighter than his other Castro's. But maybe he just needs to break them in.

Zappos, I don't care what Kanye West says, you're the best company. My mom ordered a pair of Globe Castros for me on Tuesday and this evening (Thursday) I walked into my apartment building to see the Zappos box beneath the mailboxes. The Globe Castro is one of my favorite shoes of all time. I liked it even more back when they had the lady ones, but the men's shoe is pretty much the same. Size two sizes down from your regular size and you'll be golden, girls. The shoes are awesome. Thanks Zappos! Your products and customer service are the sh-t. :)

I really wanted to like these slip-ons, but it wasn't meant to be. In addition to being a bit floppy (might run a half-size or more larger) the stitching began to come apart within one week of very light wear around the house. Thumbs up for Zappos return policy. Thumbs down for the Castro from Globe.

This is my 5th pair of Castros and my 2nd pair of white ones. This is the most comfortable line of kicks ever. These are clearly not for jogging or football. But they are very comfortable for walking. These take about a year to wear down. Maybe less if you walk a few miles a day. If you can own this style, DO IT. These make an impression. These kick got some belligerent class to them. Ideal for dive crawling. The white ones scuff up quickly though.

I find myself wearing these slippers all the time! I got these because my old slippers were really worn out, and these really surprised me. They are pretty substantial, and are almost like the vans slip-ons, but much more comfortable. I wear them for errands around town, or lazy days at work. I will keep buying these as long as globe makes them. I wear a size 10 1/2, and the size 10 fits me great (the 11's were too big).

Fantastic slipper! I usually am a size 9 1/2 but after reading reviews that they tended to be a little smaller I ordered a size 10 and they fit perfectly. Best slippers I've ever purchased. Fast shipment

We have ordered 4 pairs of these slippers (for family members) everyone loves them. They fit great and have more support than your average slipper. They even wear them to do errands, to school, etc.

These were a gift for dear dad. Color was black pinstripe - he say's they're blue - blame that on old eyes. Had to purchase next whole size up (no 1/2 sizes) But they don't slip off - Score! Needed something warm for inside, but need to take outside abuse - because he won't take the time to change. He says they are warm and comfortable (he has skinny feet with high arch). Not too flashy, but they aren't old-man frumpy looking. Hope the pattern will disguise any accidental spills/drips. He likes them! I liked ease of ordering, free return if necessary - no hassles (because even if you argue with seniors - you won't win).

I wear a 10.5 in all other shoes. Size 11 fits great. These are my go to slip on's for around town here in PDX.

When I first tried them on I was afraid they would be too big. My foot measures 11.5 and I had to order size 12. But after wearing them around the house for a few days they have become my favorites. Highly recommend!

Having had trouble recently with slippers/house shoes, I thought I would give these a try. When I first put them on, they felt a little snug. But after just a couple days they were perfect. They seem really well built and are as comfortable as can be. Now I am not without them.

Bought these shoes for my son who has to have a pair of Globe shoes in his wardrobe. His last pair went through 3 Canadian winters and the sole never wore out!

I am not a slipper guy normally but these look good and are very comfortable. They also have a nice rubber sole for getting the paper.
