Excellent value - These shoes were delivered the day after I ordered them. They are an excellent value for the money. I was pleasantly surprised by the great value and service I received.

My son loved these shoes - I ordered these about a year ago in the black for my college age son and he loved them. Because there weren't half sizes he had me order a size 11. (Normally wears an 11 1/2) and they were a little tight on him but stretched enough for the half size difference. He wears them as real shoes, not slippers. I am ordering him the brown for Christmas this year.

I bought these as a daily school shoe for my daughter whose school requires black/brown/white as part of her uniform. When you first get these, they are absolutely adorable - loved them as first. My daughter thought these shoes were fairly comfortable as well. However, after a couple of weeks, these shoes looked BEAT UP. Her brown shoes - Doc Martens - did not. As the year progressed, I’ve burnt down loose threads in these shoes and gotten to where they have to be polished every other time they’re worn. That didn’t happen to her other shoes - just these - so I know it’s not that I have a child who’s exceptionally rough on shoes. They just aren’t the quality I was expecting from Bass and I won’t be buying any more children’s shoes from them.

Very comfortable. We needed an all black shoe for a school uniform, and this one is so comfy!

Sweeeeeet............ Love the shoe... FYI: they do stretch out a bit. I'm ware an 11 1/2 and the 11 fits perfectly.

Globe - My whole family wears the Globe Castro shoes. 2 girls in college, my 14 year old son, mom has 3 pairs and we are ordering a pair for dad for Christmas (even grandma wants a pair). These are very comfortable especially with the fur on the inside. The sizes run big, especially for girls.

Slippers not tennis shoes - I am hoping to prove helpful to the people who are unsure whether to purchase these in shoe size or a size larger. I went with my instincts and purchased the size that matches my shoes and just so you know, the Globes fit snug. They were not too tight, but had just enough space at the toe. If you need that extra space to make it feel like shoes, order a size larger… just be forewarned that your Globe shoes would be liable to slip off in the back when you walk because of course these shoes don't have laces! If your shoes are tight to start with... order a size larger! If your shoes fit rather well and you would like your Globes to be snug, order in your shoe size. I hope this helps and happy shopping!

Not Really Slippers - I bought these because they were ranked highest in the slipper category by popularity. Unfortunately I don't think these are really slippers. The sole is very heavy and thick. The sides and uppers are rigid. They felt more like casual shoes than easy wearing slippers that I would wear constantly around the house.

Very nice slippers, lite and comfortable - Excellent quality, holding up well. Easy to put on and take off. They do run smaller than size so order 1/2 size larger than your normal size...this was a suggestion I heeded from reading another reviewer, and happy I did. Will order again. Thanks Zappos!

Cool Looking Slippers - These are totally cool looking slippers, and they are also very warm and seem well made with a high-quality sole. For me the look beats out the lack of 100% comfort. The issue I have is that the end of the toe-box area of these are very narrow and press in on the sides of my big toes--which is common in some shoe brands in size 14's [in the upper sizes some shoe companies, notably Adidas, seem to just lengthen a 'normal-size' shoe as opposed to making the whole footprint bigger]. I compensate for this by folding down the heel and wearing them like slide-on slippers (since they do slide off while walking anyway as others have mentioned), and hope with wear over time the toe area will stretch out. But they are cool enough to warrant some work...

Globe Castro - I love love love this shoe - more of a driving moc, I suppose, but with a nice sole that allows you to wear it all the time outside. I get comments all the time on the style.

I love these shoes but the only problem is they start to smell really bad! And my shoes never smell...and trust me have about 30 different pairs of shoes that I wear frequently and none of them have ever smelt that bad. But other than that, two thumbs up!

Too small - I appreciated everything about the shoe... but it’s just about half an inch too small in the size 15... They should increase the size of the 15's about a half an inch.

These shoes are the best. I skate in these and they are really comfortable. All that you need if you skate in these is shoe goo cuz these will rip fast. But a really good shoe/slipper.

I love these slippers. Globe Castros are cool and comfy. Also, they are a great alternative to cheap flip flops. The size did seem to be slightly bigger than indicated but they are slippers after all. It's not like your going to be competing in them.

Got them for my dad - I got my dad the beige/tan ones and they are so cute! It says they are a slipper, but they could just as easily be a sneaker for outside as well. He likes them and I think they look great. Win/win.

Best slip on ever - These shoes are great. They don't wear on the sole like others, they are real comfortable and awesome looking.

The look and comfort of this shoe is awesome! I only have two issues. I ordered a size 13 and the shoe felt about a half a size smaller than other shoes I ordered. It also slips off my heel a bit when I walk...which is strange considering my toe barely touches the end. However, I can deal with it since I will only be wearing them occasionally.

Globe's Castro Shoes - I like 'em - Comfortable, affordable, and stylish. I have purchased 5 pairs of Globe shoes in various colors and I am still looking to add to my collection! Great shoes! However, I normally wear a size 8 or 8 1/2 men's shoes, but I always order size 9 in a Globe for the best fit.

Great casual slip on! Good on the go shoe you can just slip into. Above average comfort and most definitely above average style. I wear a size 14 but, a 13 fit better. Can’t go wrong with GLOBE!

Great comfort and style; sizes run small - The Castro is super comfortable and stylish. I like wearing with board shorts and no socks. I always wear a size 11, but am size 10 in these - so order them a size smaller than your usual. Even in the 10s, my heel sometimes slips out, but it’s worth the pain for fashionable outdoor slippers!

Viva Castro! I wear a 12 shoe and 11.5 size boot so I ordered these in 12 and they fit great. They don't slip of at the back and aren't too tight or rubbing in any place. My feet are somewhere around a D (medium) so I would say these are not narrow. Great style/look. I wear these around the house mostly when it's cool or cold outside.

These shoes are super comfortable. They run a little small, so we ordered a half size larger.

SIZING IS OFF! Extremely comfortable shoe. HOWEVER - the sizes are off a whole size. So if you normally wear a 10, get an 11. Enjoy!

These shoes are very comfortable and look very nice. Consider ordering one size smaller than normal so that your heel won't slip out of the shoe when you walk.
