Best skate shoe - I have had these shoes since December 2005. I don’t regret buying these shoes at all. These shoes are the most durable I’ve ever skated in. They haven’t ripped yet.

One of a kind shoe - These shoes are awesome and comfortable. The shoe is so light weight it doesn't even feel like you are wearing shoes. I highly recommend these shoes they are well worth it.

Awesome! These shoes skate great. You can really feel your board with the waffle grip. The only flaw is that if you have the leather ones, they rip easy. But overall, Awesome shoe.

Great Vegan Shoe - The shoe fits normal for Vans. It's probably a more casual shoe than a true skate shoe, although it feels grippy and is super light. Not sure how well it will wear, but the Rowley XL II, Rowley Slims and the classic Rowley’s hold up great. Enjoy...

Incredible - One of the best pairs of shoes I have ever owned.

Good shoes - These are really good shoes. I got them for Christmas in 2005 and now it’s almost 6 months later and these shoes are still skateable. Of course I don’t wear them anymore since 2 months ago because the toe cap has ripped and fallen off. These shoes are really really good, they lasted me a long time and the grip flattened after maybe a month but it’s still grippy, these are good shoes and you should get them

Excellent - I think that this shoe is very comfortable, stylish, and very well made. And Zappos is an excellent place to buy from. Their site is a pleasure to shop and the shipping is very fast. My shoes arrived in two days. My first choice was black/white/black which were out of stock, so I got white/navy/mid grey.

Vegan Shoes - So happy that Vans has come out with a Vegan shoe. It looks and wears like other Vans. I plan to buy additional colors.

I love these shoes - I think these shoes are awesome. I owe the all white pair and the black and white pair. LOVE THEM. Fit good after a day or two with my wide feet. Can't wait for more colors to come out.

Perfection - Those shoes are the most comfortable ones I've ever bought. They are stylish and very nice. They take the shape of your foot, making each step as if stepping on a cloud.

Sweet kicks - Super sturdy, comfortable and LIGHT!!!! Soles could be a little more durable though, I do a ton of walking and they are showing wear after only a month or so. But WORTH the money.

Best Skate Shoes - First off, I want to say that these are the best shoes I have ever owned. They took a while to get used to, because I was skating bulky shoes, and these are pretty thin. As soon as I got used to them, they skated awesome! Most of my shoes only last about 2 and a half months, but these babies lasted almost 5 months! XL III - Best shoe I've ever skated in. The durability is amazing. Haven't even ripped. Feel really comfortable and broke 'em in on the first day. Got a lot of compliments of them. Buy them!!!

Really Liked!!! We really liked this shoe. It actually looks better in person then on line. This is a boys shoe but my daughter wanted it and it looks great. Thanks for everything especially the professional way you do business love this site!!!

Most comfortable shoe I've ever owned - This is my second pair of these. I've tried two other brands of skate shoe before coming right back to these ones for the superior fit and comfort. I literally wore the soles off of my last ones. This shoe gets an A+.

Great Shoe, my son loves it - My son chose this shoe because it looked cool and was vegan. He swears that he runs faster in it, and that he is able to do amazing athletic feats because of this shoe...he is 10...and he really oves this shoe. Great fit too.

Great Shoe- Very light; only took a day to break them in. Have received a few compliments on them already.

It's close in appearance: Rowley XLT - I ran into some good luck about five years ago; my first pair, Rowley XLT (navy/white/gum) were purchased. The new Rowley XL III's are a good compromise between the "original" XLT's. A very comfortable fit, true to size and a bit wider than most Vans. I like the navy/white/classic look, it's close to the XLT. Thanks Zappos, ...amazing service!

Rowley XL3's. Some of the best shoes I've ever had. I gave the comfort 4 stars, because at first, the tongue was stiff and hurt my ankle, but after breaking it in, they're the best shoes I've ever skated. Plus, no animals were harmed in the production of these shoes.

I got the coffee colored pair, and love them - These shoes have great traction and look great. The fit is everything I ever wanted in a skater shoe, and best of all, no animals had to die to make my shoes...GO VEGAN! :-)

Van Rowley XL III - This is like walking on a cushion. Great, comfortable shoe. The fit was perfect.

Vans Rowly Xtra Light III - I had been wanting to try these shoes for a while, but with no Vans dealer near me I couldn't. Let me start this review by saying that I am biased towards Vans. The XL IIIs in my opinion are some of the best skate shoes ever made. Hear me out: They are very, very light. It is incredible, if you pick up a pair of Converse, which are nothing but thin canvas and a sole, the fully padded xl3s are lighter. Another thing is that they provide good, soft padding (which may seem a little stiff at first but then gets broken in) which makes for a comfortable shoe. The other huge advantage it has over other skate shoes is the waffle sole. It's really personal preference, but it is very, very grippy. Good control over your board. The only downside is the price but they are so worth it. One of my favorite shoes of all time.

Good sneaker - Seeing as I'm a size 13, I try to find sneakers that'll not ad to the lengthiness of my already lengthy feet. These fit the bill perfectly, and are animal friendly to boot!. I've had them just over a month and they're holding up fine. Even in the rain the faux suede doesn't get grimy or disgusting. Good fit, very comfy. They look great and I wouldn't hesitate to replace these with the same model when they wear out...a true sign of a good sneaker (or a less than imaginative wearer)

Suede = Bad - This shoes are pretty good but the suede is a pain to keep in good condition! I gave a 4 for looks because of how easily the shoe turns bad. . . . . .
