First off there is a break-in period for the upper part above your ankle you will have some bruising on your calves the first few days. They fit a half size BIG so you need extra socks and then some. Laces stay tied for 12 hours, feet stay warm and dry in snow and puddles. Good traction.

Good looking shoe. I typically where a consistent 9-9.5 3E in anything made by Florsheim but these 9.5 had a full 1.5 inches left in front of my big to. just about right width wise wearing a medium thick dress sock, but I think if I bought size that would fit, they will be too tight. I’m going to try smaller size to see how it goes. Quality seems average. Leather quality dubious.

These are great boots on paper but not so much so on the feet. I’m typically a 9-9.5 3E and bought the 9.5 4E. Even with a thin work sock (not hiking sock), these were squeezing my foot at both sides left to right at the widest part of my foot which is just before where the big and little toes attach. I still had about a thumb’s width left in length in front of my big toe. Feel and look good quality but the leather is very thin. “Born in Michigan” on the attached tag, “Made in Bangladesh” on the tongue tag. Tried just walking around the house on carpet and I can’t imagine hiking in these. They are going back and I’ll look for a higher quality, even if at higher price, boot.

Good Boots - easy to put on.

Good shoes at great price. 4E wide, Felt little narrow. Stiff boots out of the box but not uncomfortable. Wore two days in snow, felt little moisture/wet in left shoe even though it’s waterproof.

Looks very rugged, a bit heavy and stiff but to be expected given its rugged and tough construction. I would guess it would be very durable and work well in winter weather. It fit well, even feeling a bit big all around except in the front. It felt short for a size 10 as my toes were a bit cramped in front so I had to return and didn't use. I seldom have to buy more than size 10 in any footwear and can fit into some that are size 9 1/2. I'd advise getting a half size larger than usual. Since the cold season is about to end, I don't plan on upsizing at this time.

Advertise as 4E Extra Wide, but they are not 4E and not really wide.

Not enough toe room.

Too big and cheaply made

Size in lenght is ok. Width is ok on left foot but width is bad on right foot. Feels like the right shoe was made incorrectly. Right shoe feels smaller than the left shoe in width and it hurts my toes. One of the buckles that are used for weaving the shoe lace on the right shoe popped out of it's socket after just a week or two of owning them which is a bit annoying. Air circulation is very bad; I understand they are waterproof but I've owned waterproof boots before and these shoes have the worst air circulation I've experienced yet. I strap the shoes on as tight as possible but I still get blisters on the backs of my heels this is probably due to the very bad air circulation making your skin softer than normal and easier to blister. The only good thing I have to say about these shoes is that they are indeed waterproof and have saved me from getting my feet soaked a few times. These shoes are pretty bad. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone who needs to walk more than a few hundred yards a day.

This boot is marked 4E, but it is more narrow than other brands' D width.

These boots are not what it says on the internet. they are suppose to be waterproof but they are not! I ordered them for my nephew and his feet are still getting wet.

Ordered size 10 1/2 4E . These are not 4E width . Felt tight more like 2E. The size 10 1/2 size was OK.
