Ordered for husband Dec 27th - Received Jan 6th, returned for smaller sizing (delivered Jan 16th), and still pending status response to case with replacement update. Unable to review product until received but will happily update with a review of the product once received. Case 02002261

I bought these to match a show pad I got for Christmas and am extremely disappointed. The color on the website appears black with some pink stitching and maybe some white or light pink stitching. Once they arrived the stitching is actually purple with some teal and a little pink. The sole is also some kind of composite and it seems like it will be a little slick in the stirrup with minimal treads, I bought them to show in. I love Ariat and am sad to say these don't hit the mark for me.

I purchased these boots for work. I am a Carhauler truck driver which requires me to be in all types of wheather. The boot is light weight for the material and has a pretty decent grip however it's not water proof your feet get soaked the leather stretches causing your feet to slide when slightly broken in you can't tie the boot any tighter if you have narrow feet I guess size down but honestly if it's for work I wouldn't even bother not a good boot at all a waste of 100 dollars

I was sent the wrong shoes. Had to send them back to ariat.

Don't order online, cust service sub par - ordered online, did not have a good experience doing an exchange.

Very disappointed in the current quality of these boots. For the last 20+ years I have worn Ariat paddock boots and terrains. The last 2 pair have been disappointing lasted for very short times. The current pair I have worn less than 12 times and have had for about a month. I always could rely on these boots to fit well right out of the box and last for years.until now.

This is the 5th pair of the Rambler Western boots I've owned. I wear them daily. I've noticed the quality has definitely decreased. I've owned this pair for only about a month and the sole is already separated from the boot. I'm very disappointed in this last pair. These boots are expensive enough they should just fall apart with very minimal wear.

I never recieved this it was canceled the day it was supposed to be delivered to my door with another pair if boots that i was overcharged for.. ariat customer service is a joke!!!

Was super excited to snag a pair of these boots on sale during the Memorial Day sale. Placed my order - only to be notified after the sale that they were not in stock. Called to order a different size and was extremely disappointed that they would not honor the sale price due to their website inventory update lag. I was shocked that such a reputable company with a great product didn't have better customer service to correct a fault on their end.

We usually love ariat but this boot is awful. Don't recommend.

I wouldn't know if these boots are good or bad because what was delivered to me was a pair of youth cowboy boots. I called twice the VIP support number, but I have yet to receive my shipping label to return the cowboy boots, and who knows if I'll ever get the boots I ordered! I've ordered several times from Ariat, and have been happy with the quality of my purchase but this is the first time I've had to call customer service, and I give them a 1 on a scale of 1-5.

Not the usual Ariat fit. Very disappointing since I never before needed to worry about them not fitting. I order my size and they fit that's it, not these. too narrow at the toes and too short since they were too snug on the ball of my foot.

My order was canceled, no one contacted me about it and now you want a review? They are still available on your website by the way! Poor customer service!

Bought the boot in mid January and found them comfortable. Sadly here we are not even 6 weeks later and the boot are falling apart. I have owned Ariat boots before and they have been great- these are not living up to my expectations and are poorly constructed.

Purchased these in October from the store I work at and by November the plastic on the toe started giving out. By February and front of the shoe completely fell apart. I have had these shoes in the past and this wasn't a problem. What happened to this design? I wore these to my job as a cashier at work. No wear and tear doing that job! I expected a lot more from Ariat.

The C width was much too narrow for me so sadly the boots had to be returned. This is not a problem I've had with other brands, and I don't have unusually wide feet.

I never received the boots and haven't had a reply in more than two weeks.

Boots do not look like the boots in the picture. The bottom part of the boots actually looks more like the top in the picture -- dark, oily and uneven (not light and clear, for the phoenix to show clearly). My boots arrived in the mail scuffed on side, toe and sole. I had to return them because they were damaged, but I did not like how the leather looked anyway. This was my first try, but I will not order another pair of Ariat boots.

Not at all comfortable and seem cheaply made. I tried Ariats and now I will go back to my boots.

I wouldn't know anything about these boots since I was sent mens loafers instead. Unfortunately this was a Christmas present for my daughter. Imagine her surprise. It wasn't a good one. Now, I'm an understanding guy, and I realize mistakes happen. But, the aggravation and endless time on hold, compounded by being cut off by a message saying I would be contacted by Ariat which never occurred, is unacceptable!! Hire some CSRs, Ariat!!! I have now wasted almost 2 hours trying to get the boots I ordered! Really poor service. Will definitely turn elsewhere for her wish list in the future!

Ordered boots on the 14th of December and never got them contacted customer service 2 times and have gotten no response back. Will never order anything from company again.
