I ordered the wrong size and Zappos exchanged these very quickly for the right ones. They arrived in time for the holidays and my roommate loves them!

I love these boots! I needed a comfortable pair of boots for standing and walking long hours...they are perfect!

These Boots ARE Made for Walking - These boots are very comfy. I got them to wear in Houston where my daughter was in the Thanksgiving parade. No sore feet for me that week! I wish they had a different toe, but overall the look is good.

The first time I wore these boots, I had them on for nine hours. They were unbelievably comfortable. I'm going to order them in another color, I like them so much.

Love em! This is my very first pair of cowboy boots. I absolutely love them! I have to admit that they are a little tough to get on (the boot straps help) but once your feet slip in...pure comfort! I have literally walked for miles in these from the very first time I wore them. The leather upper is soft, they look so cool with jeans, the heel length is perfect. The quality for this money is right on. I tried more expensive brands but they weren't perfect like these Ariat's are. I highly recommend them. I went a half size smaller and this was a wise choice.

Ariat Heritage Western R-toe - Cute and very comfortable for all day wear (good padding). I have slightly wide feet and wider calves and they fit great. Leather stretches a little, but only as much as needed to accommodate the movement of your foot.

Ariat Heritage - I was looking for a comfortable yet fashionable boot that I could wear all day and I finally found it in this boot. I have a high arch and don't want to have to keep changing my orthopedic supports from shoe to shoe. I can be on my feet all day and not be crying when I get home.

Out of the box comfort - I was surprised at how comfortable these boots were -- right out of the box. In fact, they were the only footwear I took on a recent trip to New York City, and even after hours and hours of standing and walking, my feet felt great!

I adore these boots! I have never ordered shoes/boots on line, but Zappos make it so easy to return, I figured what the heck. But these boots are awesome! I wear size 10 and have wide feet and these are very comfortable and not too tight. I put them on and went for a walk with my dogs and they felt great. They'll be cute when going out or just casual. I love the round toe, unique stitching and curvy top.

Stylish but yet very comfortable - I was so pleased with my western style boots they are so comfortable but yet the look is awesome. Thank you Zappos I will be buying again you guys ROCK!!!!!!

I absolutely love these boots. I also have a pair in brown! They felt true to size. They are the most comfortable cowboy boots I have ever bought, there is no breaking in period.

Great fitting western boots! These boots are more comfortable than sneakers! Wore them all day the first day without any rubs. Plenty of room inside for a pair of boot socks and great to dance in. Will probably get a pair in black, too.

Great boot - This boot felt really comfortable right out of the box. I wore it all day the first time and had no problems. I'm usually picky about shoes and generally think most shoes are too narrow, but these fit fine. I can wear them day after day and be comfortable all the time.

Great boots! I bought these for my mom who's leaving the country in 4 days. We received them in less than 24 hrs just as it was promised! Love Zappos! My mother loves the boots! She usually wears a size 8 but I ordered 8 1/2 just to be on the safe side and they fit her perfectly! She says they're really comfortable. I however tried them on and they felt a little tight on me but that may have something to do with my having a REALLY high arch. SO bottom line is - these boots look gorgeous, feel comfortable on the person they were bought for and once again, Zappos customer service was simply remarkable!

Sold on these - Bought the brown ones from Zappos six months ago and liked them so well I came back and bought black ones. They are western boots, so the heel and calf are wider than other boot styles, but they are comfortable anyway. Nicely made, easy to wear all day, cute design in the stitching.

Finally a boot that fits! I have been searching for a boot that looks good, fits, and is comfortable. If you're looking for the same, than buy this boot, you'll be so glad you did.

Good boots! These boots are the most comfortable cowboy boots I've seen. I only wear comfortable shoes- Naot, Dansko, etc. and these nearly measure up to those standards! They are snug at first, but within one or two days, they mold to your feet. The first day, I wore them to work and at the end of the day, my feet felt fine. (I walk a lot on my job). They are leather lined. I recommend these to anyone looking for comfortable cowboy boots!

The most comfortable boots ever - Oh my gosh, I love these boots. They go with all my casual wear, look great and most importantly they are so comfortable you can wear them all day and have no fatigue. If I had the money I'd get a pair in all colors. If you are thinking of going Western get these.

Happy Husband - I purchased these boots for my wife for Christmas and followed the advice from the reviews to "guess" the right size. The boots definitely fit 1/2 size bigger! My wife loved them and they fit perfectly. She wears a 8 to 8 1/2 B and the 8's were perfect and very comfortable.

shoe/boot...aholic - I love these boots...am a hairstylist 5 days a week and work in these every day. I remove the footbeds that come with, and slip my orthotics in, and go. I have 2 pairs in black, and 2 pairs in the distressed brown...one pair for work, the other for play! Zappos does a great job, great customer service. Thank you.

These are my first pair of cowboy boots and I absolutely love them. They have been comfortable since the moment I put them on. I usually live in Danskos and can tell these will be my new daily wear.

Cowboy Boots- These are the most comfortable cowboy boots I've ever worn. I bought these to wear to work. They are still comfortable after walking and standing all day and my toes aren't too cramped. My feet are fairly narrow and I think the width is perfect. They might be a little too narrow if you have wide feet. Also I received these boot a day after I ordered them. Thanks Zappos.

Great boot! Nice soft leather & a good true fit other than the shaft around my calf was really too big. Zappos service can't be beat! I had my boots the day after my order was placed!

Perfect western boots for anything! As soon as these boots arrived (true to Zappos great service, in 2 days!) I put them on, motorcycled in Barcelona, walked down cliffs to the Mediterranean, traveled through airports. My daughter, boyfriend and family say they look great, and they feel great, too. I have skinny legs, so they are large in the calf, but they look great in jeans or my motorcycle pants! Thanks, Zappos:) I have 3 pairs of other boots from Zappos, that are great, too.
