I suffer from plantar fasciitis so I am extremely selective on what I wear. While I avoid flat shoes or sandals, the massaging nubs are really helpful in relieving my sore feet. The adjustable straps are perfect, as I can easily tighten them - and adjust accordingly if I need to wear socks when the weather is colder.

Keep this slides in action do not remove it from The match it's really lovely and great the comfy and fit is great
