These are very good sliders, has adjustable velcro for the wide or narrow feet, also have massaging spikes for your feet whilst wearing. Some might find too much some might find encouraging massage to your tired feet. I would recommend.

I recommend because the soles these arent clear like the older Adissages slides; the older ones would turn yellow after a while. These run big, so may want to older a half size down. I kept mine big anyway. Not a big deal.

I really like these slides. The top strap is adjustable to fit any width, and the length was just right (I ordered an 11 and am normally an 11 or 11 1/2). I have to say the first day I wore these my feet were in PAIN. It took me about a week or so for them to be worn in, now they're really comfortable.
