The foot massage aspect can be a bit sore but works perfectly with socks. They look good and do exactly what you need from a pair of sliders

I really enjoy walking around the house in these after a great workout. At first I had to wear socks to get used to the little nubbies, but now I like to wear them with no socks.

Awesome. Pressure point massage while you walk...post run or just whenever. Easy to clean too (just brush with soap and water...dries fast). The best slide ever.
