These felt odd on the souls of my feet to begin with but that's probably because my feet had never been massaged as these do! I wear them around the house all the time now, and I especially feel the benefit after a long run when my feet tend to tighten up again. They can make your feet a bit sweaty, perhaps because of the rubber material, so they require a good clean every now and then. Despite the scrubbing, the material is still well intact. My girlfriend thought they were great so I ended up buying her a pair too!

I use these slides after my running workout. Its not for all day wear. In this case highly reccomend

I love them, they are sper confortable and easy to clean.

These are great to reach all your pressure points on your feet. It hurts at first but after a few minutes your feet feel relaxed and you generally feel less tensed.

I saw some reviews saying these come apart easy and are too hard. So far theyre a prefect replacement to my previous pair. Granted Ive only had them a short time so only time will tell as far as quality. Theyre comfortable and provide fair arch support. Take my review lightly as I do not wear these often or for extended periods. I didnt wear my last pair all that often either. As I said so far so good as they appear to hold the level of previous pair

These slides are nice in your feet. I wear them around the house and they help with foot pain.
