You will see a lot of reviews saying ouch but the reality is, they are for recovery. Im a runner, and as soon as Im done, I will put these on. They help my circulation, and it truly is like a massage. My feet are not super tender or sore. Even on rest days I will wear them. This isnt a shoe you can wear to just wear. It serves a purpose. Sore arches, boom. Sore heels, boom. Sore ball of your feet, boom. I will always have a pair of these on hand. ALWAYS. They are part of my Race Day Gear bag. I put them on before I race and give my feet the extra love before my tennis shoes go on. Helps with the mileage. I swear by these. Also, I wear a 7.5 in adidas W and I got a W7 use the size adjuster on the page.

These are superb after either a long day at work or walking around or after a gym session. They feel like they stretch my feet out and get the blood moving again, helping me to relax. These are particularly good after heavy squats or deadlifts in the gym where a lot of weight goes through your feet. They're more comfortable to wear generally than the product description suggests. Wear barefoot for a stimulating foot therapy session, but you can wear with gym socks for a smoother, more gentle massage. The texture also works great for wearing in the gym showers.
