Nubs were bit uncomfortable initially but then you get used to that and dont realise. I wore with socks a couple of days but when I needed foot massage after a tiring football game, I wore without socks and felt relieved. I would recommend to have one after workout or even for daily wear. They get comfortable as you wear.

I was able to snag these before they went out of stock again. I thought getting a size up would give just a big more room, but they were unfortunately too big for me. But that didn't stop my partner from taking the opportunity to swipe these beauties from me. I'll definitely be ordering my actual size the next time these are in stock!

I got these to wear after work. I work about 11 hrs a day. So sliding these on after work the little bristle things massage my feet as I walk. They have helped my foot pain tremendously. I love these.
