I have had Timberlands for ages and routinely wear their Gladstone steel toe shoe which has been great. My Pro Series standard boot I wear only occasionally and they literally disintegrated the sole just fell apart on them. The bottoms hardly show any wear but the material just fell apart. Pretty disappointed.

Timberland lost someone that would have been a customer for life.
Until last week I swore by Timberland Pro's. No more, never again. I've had 4 pairs of their boots over the last 16+ years that I literally wore *every* single day, all day, in all conditions, and I recommended them to everyone. I would have been happy buying and wearing them for the rest of my days.
My last pair finally wore out and I ordered a replacement with no hesitation. It's T-Pro and my size, no brainer, right? WRONG! What I got and what I found in the stores was total garbage compared to what I used to get. What happened?? They have obviously sold out. Wish I had bought 10 pair instead of just the two I did last time when they used to make a quality product (I had a feeling that nothing good would last).
What a complete disappointment. I will do my best to steer people away from their products from now on (but I'm pretty sure people will figure it out for themselves soon enough anyway)
:( :( :( :(
With regrets, have to say Bye bye, Timberland Pro. Finding a new brand now...

After a month of daily use with heavy wear and tear these one of the most painful pairs of boots I've worn. My feet are full of blistersand sore to the point where it's painful to walk. I've purchased boots of much less quality that have been more comfortable to wear. Would recommend you burn your money than purchasing this pair of boots, your feet thank you for it.

I'ver only wore them for 2 " winter " seasons, and the sides of the boots are rip!? Not happy at all! For next winter season I'll be buying another brand.

Poor quality, I had just wear this pair of boots for only one time and it just got a hole on it over a nail size. It just ridiculous.

The main reason for this purchase is it states they are waterproof, and they are not!

I had to return the first pair I bought because the boot sole was tearing apart after less than 6 months using them as a tow truck driver. I'm going to use this new pair and see if I can give you a better review.

I purchased these hoping for a great pair of work boots but they turned out to be the most uncomfortable pair of boots I have ever owned. They have virtually no padding inside on the sole so they are like walking on concrete and they are killing my heels. Trying to find out how to return them but I am being passed back and forth. Maybe they are hoping I will just stop trying. I am very disappointed with this purchase!

Got these boots through my job usually get red wings ,2nd worst pair of boots I've ever worn ,you have to go up 1 size plus even if you go up one size with a wide they will kill your BIG TOES TRUST me ,the sole is separating from the boot on the inners of the boot after a month ,the have good traction about all I can say,If you want uncomfortable poorly made boots these are for you trust me the Red Wings are the best for working man that last
After a day you'll return them

I returned them once for a bigger size, then I had to wear them cause they were the only boots I had. They were uncomfortable. I was really unhappy with the purchase but couldn't return them cause I used them once. I really thought timberland was a quality store that cared if someone was unhappy with the product but I guess not. So now I have some once used expensive boots sitting in a box in my closet

When the boots arrived, they were scratched and damaged. I emailed customer service with NO response. I called to discuss with customer service and they informed I needed to email pictures. However, this was not very helpful because apparently customer service does not respond to your emails. I will not be making any other purchases from the website

The least comfortable pair of boots I've ever tried. It's as though they're designed to fit something other than a human foot. The shape was just all wrong. The cushion was like an 1/8" of memory foam. It immediately flattened and became hard as concrete. The laces were a struggle to get even tension so you're going to end up with blisters/calluses in specific spots. I couldn't imagine working a whole day in these "work" boots.

Boot fit to small when I had already ordered a half a size larger then usual. Went to exchange boot at Timberland retail store to find out they don't carry the Pro series. Then had to return and take a guess at what size to order next. Company does not offer exchanges either, so had to front money until refund is issued which takes 15-20 days.

I am on my feet 8 hrs a day need a comfortable cushioned boot. These boots are not that! Not on my feet an hour into my shift and I begin experiencing lower back fatigue and blisters on bottom of my feet. These boots are absolute garbage. Absolutely no cushioning whatsoever. I suggest you don't buy these boots if you are seeking comfort and value

I purchased these boots for my husband for Christmas he only wear timberland boots to work. He is a size 11M we own several pairs this size. As soon as he put his foot in the shoe he said sorry they are too tight. We cannot believe the fit is so different in the pro series as compared to the original ones he normally wears. There should be a warning on the website to order a half size up. Now I have to go through the hassle of a return. I am very disappointed.

I bought a pair of these 4 months ago. I work a medium duty backroom job, and just needed a boot that would give me some traction and protection while loading trucks.
Fast forward to date, my right soul is in 3 pieces, both my heals are gone (I do not drag my feet), and a pallet was able to rip a fair size hole in one of the toes. It's not as if I work construction.
I really expected more out of a Timberland product, I had high hopes. This will be my first and Last Timberland product sadly.
