The only boot I've ever owned where the bottom sole completely ripped. Going back to a competitor boot

theBoot felt funny the first time, but no so bad as to lose confidence. But when tye eyelets started falling out, and the company said 'on your, I lost a lot of confidence in their work and product line.

This was the first time I bought a steel toe boot and if I didn't have to, I would not purchase again. The boot was very stiff and tight. After a couple weeks it still is and I purchased a wider version. An in store purchase is probably a better decision if given the opportunity.

I love the way they look but they are def not waterproof and they wear out after maybe 6 months use. I have gone through 6 pairs in three years and I'm tired of that

I use this product for work where I'm on my feet all day. After only one month the toe and rubber bottoms began separating. I couldn't even walk through my wet lawn without my sock getting soaked. Very disappointed.

The uppers are in great shape, plenty of tread left, but the layers of the sole have separated. The middle layer has turned to a granular material so they can't even be glued or resoled. Pitiful material and lack of longevity, and company won't admit there is a problem. Don't waste your money on Timberland boots, go for another provider with a good reputation.

Unfortunately, the width I selected was way too large for me and my feet swim in the shoes. My fault and my loss, since I haven't been able to go to the post office to return them.

Terrible boot!!!
Used Timberland Pro's for years, these are not the same boots, very uncomfortable to wear. These boots are so terrible, I have only worn a handful of times.
The old Timberland's, I was able to walk miles/hike/ WORK in the boots. I wear these to for a short period of time, then onto a different pair of shoes... .

Boots looked cheap and felt chintsy. Did not fit well at all. I sent back for a refund. They claim they never received my return and wont do anything for me. Granted I did not write down the tracking number but their customer service has been horrible. I spoke to a manager and he was extremely cocky and disrespectful and hung up on me. I am extremely unsatisfied. I will never purchase or refer timberland products.

Both boots soles broke in half in less than a year. I let them sit around till I had time to write to the company which led to being 1yr and 1 month and they said nothing they can do because its past 1 yr. So what they are saying is immediately after a year it's ok for them to completely fall apart... garbage boots. Garbage company. Never again.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE BOOTS!! If i could give these boots a zero star raiting i would. After 6 months the sole split open in 3 spots. So my foot would get soaked. I live in the midwest so i need a weather proof boot. Also i work for a living so tgese boots arent just for show like some of these "men" wear. Timberland isnt a work boot its a hood, im so fresh boot.

The cushion protecting from the metal hitting your toes worn out and tried getting help from customer service and was ignored. They said it's because i had them for too long. Very disappointed.

I have owned 4 pairs of these boots over the last 5 years. Each pair has failed in a different way. The latest pair is coming apart from the sole. I used to think these boots were well made but the quality is getting worse and worse with each pair. Do yourself a favor and look at different brands.

I bought these PRO boots for my college age son for Christmas last year. He works construction over Christmas break (3-4 weeks tops) and over the summer (May to the beginning of August).
They have completely fallen apart in less than 6 months of wear.
Holes in both shoes right past where the steel toe ends (2 holes each shoe) and he just walked in from work and showed me how the tread fell off today!!!
Before I bought these PRO boots he was wearing just regular Timberlands...those lasted 2 whole years!!
I thought these PRO were built to last or at least out last the regular Timberlands.
VERY VERY Disappointed...

Hi I had bought these boots for my husband early Christmas present and the box came in size 11.5 but when he tried them on the size was 11 m I tried to exchange them because they give you a paper to fill out and they said they couldn't do exchanges, but they did refund my money and I had to buy them all over again same price customer service is very poor don't say you can do exchanges and not do them thanks

I have a steel toed boots too but this one is so heavy. Packaging is awesome until the boots... It looks like it has been used before; just judging/comparing it to what the leather looks like. Front of right boot has lines indicating it was bent.
I know timberland has return/exchange policy but unfortunately theres no timberland store here. So i have no choice but have it returned by mail and be refunded AFTER 2 BILLING CYCLE.
Id rather have it exchanged with the right sizing and design, but well... Badluck.
