These shoes are very comfortable and fit well.

Great pair of shoes! Very flexible, lightweight, and great for biking. I wish there was a bit more support for walking though. The velcro is convenient, but one of mine comes undone every once in a while.

These are exactly the kind of shoe I wanted to replace the pair of sporty mary-janes I had purchased at Payless 8 years before. I'm not sure these will hold up to 8 years of semi-regular wear, but they stay on my feet, are comfortable enough, have enough treading on the sole that I don't feel like I'll wear it off anytime soon, and are pretty inexpensive.

This shoe fits true to size. I have a wide foot and I am able to wear these shoes all day without discomfort. At first the strap that goes across the top of the foot was uncomfortable. But they loosened up after a week or so. Now, because I wore the shoe so often, they've stretched out to where they are almost too big. I got them for work and don't love the look, but comfort is more important to me.

I was hoping that the Skechers Bikers Step Up would fit well to replace my now falling apart Work Bikes Hobbie that I've loved since 2009. That shoe has been very comfortable and I've worn it all over the world, walking many miles on all types of surfaces -- asphalt, gravel, dirt, cobblestones. I typically wear a size 5-1/2 2E in New Balance and Brooks running shoe. My hard to fit feet are wide in front with a normal B width heel. I took a size 5 Wide in the Work Bikes Hobbie, which is a very similar style. I ordered a size 5 and 5-12 in the Bikers Step-Up in regular B width since the wide was not available. The B width is too narrow for my foot. The size 5-1/2 is the correct length. The Bikers Step-Up has a removable insole, which I would have replaced with a New Balance insole (IAS3720) for good arch support. I've replaced the insole in my old shoes many times. The suede sections of this shoe are a nice style touch though would be more difficult to clean of dirt and mud than all smooth leather. I hope Zappos gets this shoe in wide.

These are pretty comfortable but the heel tends to rub because it is loose. I have feet that are just barely wider than a narrow size so maybe that is why. The heel protector things help.

I've had a pair of these in the brown for the past couple of years. They were so comfortable, so I said I'll get a pair in black too. This new pair isn't as comfortable. They're a little more rigid; the heel rubs a bit too much. Otherwise, they look good enough for a work flat.

I ordered the same size that I always wear in Skechers, but they're just a little too large. Not Zappos fault, maybe the sizing has changed. I will try insoles and pads. Other than that, quick shipping and good price.

This shoe was comfortable right out of the box. Excellent support. I also feel it's very true to size.

I loved the shoes when I opened the box, and I was really disappointed that I could put two fingers in the heel when I pushed my foot to the end of the toe box. But they were so cute, I'm going to try again.
