I just got my first pair of Skechers After Burn shoes today. My first impressions of the shoes are: good looking shoe, lightweight, comfortable, the size & width are correct. After I wear the shoes for a several months, I will write a follow-up review.

Came home from SE Asia in chair..severe damage to feet/legs/back/neck. Evolved to using one cane to walk by 1982.VERY hard to find shoes,constant pain; can't wear 'stylish' shoes, need cushioning. These are the ONLY pair of shoes to date where I walked into a store, tried on & bought the 1st pair I tried on!! Darn near teared up!! And now I see they come in black too!!! Where's my wallet!

Comfortable shoe for walking and standing on concrete for long periods of time.

Other posts recommended to order 1/2 size larger. glad I did. With the extra 1/2 size, the shoe fits great. Without the advice, it would have too tight. It's a great looking shoe and very comfortable. Other posts listed the shoe as non-comfortable. I don't understand unless the shoe was simply bad or the persons foot was not normal. I would definitely recommend to anyone as this shoes serve a number of purposes.

My son loves the color the most...they are the most comfortable shoes he has ever had...wants nothing else.

great shoes! This is the second pair of this model ive had the others got a small rip in one toe that has been there for a couple years and has never gotten bigger. They are still very servicable and I will continue to use them for rough wear( fishing yard work, ect.) The new ones for every day wear. I hope these shoes will still be available when i need a new pair but with the durability of these shoes that may be a few years. Great buy!

Very stylish designs spread over a wide market spectrum.

Overall, very comfortable shoe. I'm looking forward to hiking with them. The only downside is the leathery Sketcher logo on the tongue - it's very stiff and cuts into the top of my foot/ankle area. I removed it, so problem solved.

Comfortable and attractive. This is my third pair. Design improvements have been made over the years.

I have bought Sketchers regular size shoes in store before with no issue, but when I ordered a previous pair online (ENERGY 2 - REBIRTH, Item No. 50990, Color: BKCC, Size: 11) It was a little too snug, so I decided to try a wide pair this time and fits much better.

Returned 1st pair I bought for my husband. He wore about 4 times and the side seam came apart. Rec'd 2nd pair and he wore about 8 times and the side seam did the same thing. He is not hard on shoes at all. Must be a flaw with the way the shoes are made. Generally, I like Skechers but will not purchase more men's shoes. Also, it took a very long time to receive the 2nd pair of shoes after mailing them back.

These shoes are great for cross training and provide a stable base. Good for walking, cross training, strength training and core workouts.

the price is right

Just got this today ....first impression is I intend to invest in another pair very soon :D

I wear these shoes to the gym to walk on the treadmill and work the machines-I also wear them while walking my dog 2x in the morning. They don't have enough cushioning for my benefit. They might be fine for somebody younger.

Have an older pair with the curved sole that I use for yard work...new ones are my "dress" Skechers!

I bought these shoes because I have had such wonderful success with an older pair that I have worn every day for 18 months. They are very light and comfortable, but extremely durable. I bought two pair!
