I love these sneakers! Exactly what you see is what you are going to get. I absolutely love the color and they are super comfortable.

I love these shoes more than most of my family. It's super flexible, nicely cushioned, and breathes well. I pity the fool that doesn't buy them.

Very comfortable shoes that did well in long walks in the steep streets of San Francisco and great for trips to the ballpark. They breathe and are a good wear for walking or running in the summer. Not a huge amount of support; they won't replace my New Balance 993s for treadmill running, but they're great for around the town. But, one thing against them is that they do mark easily. First day out and there was a nasty smudge on the toe. Hopefully they're easy to clean.

My second pair of 81's and I honestly love the shoe. The one issue is that the top of the heal in the back is rubber, so it can be a little uncomfortable if you wear w/o socks, but that gets better once the shoe is broken in...

Quite possibly, the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn...and they're vegan! Super light-weight, form-fitting without being tight anywhere, good traction...I barely notice I'm wearing them. And the green color is absurdly cute. If you're between sizes, go up. I normally wear a women's 9.5 or 10 - ordered a 10 and they fit snugly with socks.

Very lightweight and comfortable. Feels like wearing socks, but still supportive. I have a flat arch and these have better arch support than I expected. I'm still getting used to the style. This is my first pair of retro/classic shoes. Zappos customer service, selection, shipping, etc. is the best of all of the online stores I've dealt with.

I just got theses and I am very happy with them. They look great and are very comfortable. They are light and they have more arch support than some of my other shoes. I would not use them for distance running because I need running shoes with more support in different areas than these offer, but they are great for everyday use.

These immediately became my favorite shoes. Incredibly comfortable and bend in exactly the right places, I almost feel like they are more like heavy duty socks.

Love the Ultimate 81 for a number of reasons. They have that thin sole that I look for in most Tiger kicks, with a little more cushion in the heel. Though, as far as sneakers go, the sole is still very low profile. Also, unlike many other Tiger styles, they don't have that pointy toe. They look great with jeans or shorts and perfect summer shoe. They are light, and they breathe well. Conversely, this also means they are not very waterproof. They come in a variety of fun styles. They run a little large. I usually wear 10.5 but for these I go with a 10.

Awesome shoes. I've got a high arch and was a little concerned about the arch support, because the shoes don't appear to have much, but my feet feel surprisingly supported. They're comfortable, light weight and I love the classic look. I'm planning to get different color soon.

I really like these. They are comfortable, cute, and lightweight. I will probably get another pair, but I cannot decide what color...

As a woman with size 12.5 feet, I have the hardest feet to find shoes for. And for some reason, when it comes to sneakers, I always end up with ugly old man tennis shoes. I was feeling sad and depressed about my feet - after having a baby, I had only but one severely worn out pair of Mary Janes to wear. My one pair of flip flops had been stolen and I couldn't freaking walk anywhere in those stupid Mary Janes. So I finally decided to invest in a pair of walking shoes. I fantasized about leather and pumps and ooh strappy sandals! But let's face it, I have a kid and I need something practical. However, I was determined not to have old man sneakers nor or old lady Crocs (dude you should have seen the Crocs I had to wear while I was pregnant, it was not pretty), never again! So I scoured and searched the athletic shoe section here on Zappos, hoping to find something to soothe my barking dogs and maybe look at least a little fun. I finally came across these Asics, and thought, hey! These look nifty. They had slightly better reviews than Vans and the price was decent. And they come in a sassy shade of green! Practical, yet youthful. There wasn't a whole lot of jibber jabber about how this would affect my running/climbing/workout routine - I really just wanted a pair of shoes I could wear to work and maybe wear to a social engagement and not look totally boring, or alternatively, have giant blisters on my toes from heels that were too high. Anyways - these looked perfect. They came in the mail after a couple of days. I noticed Zappos doesn't do the overnight shipping anymore, but it was still free and still very speedy. I excitedly slipped these on my feet, though I expected the worst. Rarely, if ever, have I put a pair of shoes on my feet and not felt some kind of pinch or rub or saw my toe popping out the top. But I was pleasantly surprised - these fit perfectly!! They are snug but do not have any "hot spots" whatsoever. They provide great support for my flat Flinstone feet, but are not clunky at all. In fact, considering these are a Men's size 11, I'm shocked that they're men's shoes at all; they look quite feminine, though not overly girlie. You could say they're a good style for a 20-something hipster type like myself. I appreciate how practical they are - I can take a walk with my kid in the mornings, and go to work in the same shoes, but not look inappropriate (then again my workplace is pretty casual). These are really a great all-purpose shoe. The material is very breathable, and my feet don't feel sweaty or hot at the end of the day, despite living in the Texas heat. And they fit great on my wide feet! So, super cute, super comfortable, these are great shoes!

Order these a few months ago so I've had a chance to evaluate them. First, these (to me) are incredibly comfortable. Surprisingly so, considering they're fairly narrow. I add custom insoles which makes them fit a little snug but not uncomfortable. I wear 12 in Nike's and ordered these in the same size. These are pretty true to size. Additionally, I prefer to pair these with jeans as they have amore elongated appearance.

This is the second time I buy this shoe from Zappos, just in a different color/style.... and I'm not the type to buy the same shoe twice. I wore my previous pair pretty much every day for a year, and at that point, although the soles are still intact, the tread was so worn that I decided I need a new pair. I still have them and just use them as junk shoes at this point. The Onitsuka Tigers are a very comfortable shoe. They're extremely lightweight and they breathe very well. They're not great on cold and/or wet days because of their permeability, but that's not what you should be buying them for. I work on my feet pretty much all day long, and when I'm wearing these guys my feet don't seem to get tired. It doesn't take long to break them in, and once you have, you'll want to wear them all the time. As for arch support and padding, it's only moderate. You definitely won't want to be running long distances in these. As for the style, you can see that from the pictures. I've gotten many many comments on these because they're bright and bold. Frankly the toughest part is figuring out which style you want. I'd recommend these shoes to anyone who wants a fun and lightweight pair of casual shoes.

I ordered a size 10.5 men and they fit great. I think others have noted the "black" is actually more a navy, but other than that I am completely satisfied as a first time Zappos customer. I am docking a style star only because of the color discrepancy.

Love these sneaks. They're fun and funky and super comfy. Wear them with jeans, capris, or shorts. They are very hip. I felt they are pretty true to size and offer arch support. When I wear my Nikes my one arch tends to hurt. Not with these!

So cool and comfortable. I was hesitant buying a shoe that was either a mens' 5.5 or a womens' 7, but these fit my medium 7 feet really well and look great.

One of the most comfortable pair of shoes I own. I have wide feet with corns, calluses etc, and I wore these right out of the box with no problems. I will probably get another pair.

Love these shoes. This is my second pair of Onitsuka Tigers by Asics and both are great. In general, they are just really comfortable, casual shoes. These have a little less support than my first pair, so if you're someone who needs a lot of cushioning or support these may not be the pair for you (without an insole). However, I think they're great shoes that feel great the first time you put them on. No breaking in process. Just good, comfortable, stylish shoes.

I've been a fan of the Onitsuka Tigers series for a while, and this is the best pair I've ever bought. Sweet color, awesome fit and comfort. Can't wait until I save up and buy another pair, which is easy because they're pretty reasonable.

I own two pairs of these now and they are excellent casual shoes. I get compliments on both pairs often and they are definite head turners. They look good both with shorts (w/ low cut socks) and with jeans. My feet are on the wider side (but I don't wear Wide size shoes) and these fit perfectly. The support in them are good for non-working out walking and standing. They include two pairs of laces in different colors so you can customize them a bit. My first pair is about 2 years old now and has zero signs of wearing out (even the sole isn't wearing off yet). The arch support is better than most casual shoes like these.

This shoe lives up to its word, and meets all expectetions and more. I just bought a pair and my Addidas and Nike don't even come close to the comfort, it feels like your walking on clouds and the heel support is the best. Thank you Asics, you can add one more customer to the list.

My ideal shoe. Subtle and stylish at the same time. Looks great with any clothing combination. Filled and exceeded expectations. Definitely purchasing a different color variation of the Onitsuka Tiger in the near future. Also will be using Zappos; rapid shipping, competitive prices, and an excellent website to shop at.
