I purchased these for my son, who only wears Asics Onitsuka. He loves the look and style of this shoe, but found them to run a half size smaller than his other ones. A simple exchange for a larger size fixed the problem. As always, Zappos customer service was outstanding!

I have probably bought 5 pairs of these shoes over the years. I love them. They are super comfortable for city walking (I do a lot of it!) and they are very lightweight.

Excellent all around shoe, very comfortable and looks great with jeans.

When my son recently visited, I noticed that his current Onitsuka Tiger shoes were rather worn. I asked him if he wanted to go shoe shopping. He said "Don't have to ... I just need another pair of these." He liked them so well that he merely had to order another pair, which we did. When you find something that works, you just replace it when the time comes. Thanks Zappos for carrying these!

Very comfortable and stylish. Had the previous pair for 6 years and was time to replace them.

Great shoes! My son uses them for parkour because of the thin flexible sole. He loves them and likes to walk around in them too. Seem well made.

I bought these for my mom - she is 5 feet tall and has petite feet so these were great to have as they give her a lot of stability as she has some balance issues. They look great on her and give her a more modern sporty look! She loves this shoe and loves this brand!

I absolutely love these shoes. I normally wear between a 6.5-7, and I ordered a seven and they fit perfectly. Some days over the summer I am on my feet for over 12 hours a day and these shoes have definitely saved me.

I love the style of this shoe. They looked great on my feet. The only issue I had with my pair was that they sometimes rubbed uncomfortably against my little toe on my right foot after I walked for a while. Other than that they felt true to size and very comfortable. I would purchase them again in a different color

Our 11 year old son saved his own money to buy these he loved them so much! He takes parkour classes and a few others at the gym have these. He says they fit true to size and that they are very comfortable and work well for parkour.

My favorite casual sneakers. I wear them everywhere. Super comfortable. This is my second pair and I'll be getting a new one after the winter for sure!

Bought them for my husband to replace an older pair of Ultimate 81s. He loves them!

These are easily my favorite shoes and I've owned 5 pairs of them. I've made the mistake of ordering similar looking pairs from Asics, but the Ultimate 81 are the best they make, in my opinion. Lots of color options and very versatile. My only issue is that the heel wears out surprisingly fast. If those 3 square holes in the heel weren't there, they might hold up a little longer, but I end up having to buy a new pair at least once a year. Still worth it though.

Second pair of Asics Ultimate 81. The color of the shoe is very nice. They are also deep enough for my orthotics, which are very high, without being a chunky shoe.

Perfect combo of comfort and style. The back of the shoe is a little high and rubs a bit so no footies but truly a cute low profile shoe- will order other colors for sure.

Super comfortable, true to size, and very stylish. Can work with jeans, shorts, or the occasional black below-knee skirt. This is my second Onitsuka pair and both of them are gorgeous. Onitsuka can sometimes feel narrow but this pair was true to width.

Great retro sneaker! These totally work to fill that gap between flip flops and boots for knocking around town in jeans. (I got the Charcoal/Black II- dark grey with orange and black stripes, great fall colors). I usually wear a size 8 in runners, including Asics, and got these in the 6.5/8 size and they work great. There is some room at the end of the toe, so it's possible I could size down, but I like not banging my big toe against the front of the shoe. The arch felt funny at first, probably because I rarely wear shoes with support. I have high arches, and I'm still aware the arch is there in the shoe. Now that I've walked in them some, it's sort of settling down. And it never hurt or was a problem for me. Comfortable right away walking up and down hills, nothing rubbed or hurt. I wear them with low rise athletic socks, the kind with the band around the top not the no-show kind, and the top of the sock is the same height in the back as the shoe.

Love these shoes. I have been wearing various colors of the Onitsuka Tigers for the last 5 years and I always impressed with the quality. They are a low profile sleek looking sneaker. Although the heel/bottom/sole of the sneaker is thinner compared to other sneakers(running, etc) I like these for every day wear. Although they start to hurt after about 8 hours of constant walking. So you might want a thicker shoe if you are on your feet all day. But if you are an office worker with a commute- these are great sneakers that allow you flexibility while still being minimalist- esp the all black version with the tan sole.

These are great. The color is different, almost a gold appearance. They make feet look smaller

This is my replacement pair of Onitsuka Tiger Ultimate 81s since my old pair is pretty worn down at this point. I find this shoe to be comfortable, I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for exercise or lots of walking or standing all day because there isn't a ton of support in the bottom, it's all pretty thin. This does, however, contribute to the very sleek look of the show which is why I like it. I like that this version has the bottom and back in just black but wish they had put the front rubber in black as well (like my old version).

I had a problem with an Asics shoe recently. It was resolved so quickly and more than fairly that I would recommend Zappo's to everyone.
