I am returning this item because I am sure it is not sized correctly. I have always worn sized 9 1/2 in all the shoes I have ordered from Zappos and they have always fit me just fine. However, these are too small! Why? Aren't these sized correctly? I am very disappointed with these shoes. Can't believe this sizing is correct. I have always been satisfied with all my Zappos orders but certainly not with this shoe.

Sad day. I have worn these shoes for the last 7-8 years. They were the only shoes I would wear. On my 14th pair with this purchase. Something has changed in the manufacturing process because these shoes now tear up the back of my heels. Within 10 minutes, they were rubbed raw. Sent them back hoping it was just a fluke with that specific pair. The replacement pair was even worse. Don't know what to do now. I haven't really shopped for shoes in a very long time. Where do I go from here? Very sad.

Does not fit correctly, back is too high and front is too low. Hits top of foot, cannot even put an orthotic into it!

These sneakers were horribly uncomfortable. I tried ordering a second pair and had the same experience. Moreover, a friend of mine also had the same experience twice as well with tigers ordered from Zappos. There's something wrong with the arch - it's too high in some bizarre way and it's just uncomfortable to walk in them. Also, the gray is much lighter in person than in the photos. I thought these would be a high contrast pair of kicks, but they looked washed out from the beginning.

I've had them for less than 2 months and the bottom sole is already peeling away from the top! I don't use them for exercise or running, so It really doesn't make sense. Yesterday, I just noticed a worn spot on the top where my toe is. I'm not particularly hard on shoes but these look like I've had them for a year or more. So, I can't vouch for the quality of these. Cute, comfy shoe, unfortunately not good quality from my experience.

I've owned a few pairs of these and really enjoy the way they look and fit. I like low profile sneakers and these are among my favorites. The problem is that the quality has gone way down. I ordered a pair last April and within one week, the sole was peeling off of the toe. I wrote Zappos and they replaced them immediately. While Zappos offers a great product, I cannot say the same about Asics. Within a few weeks, my new pair was doing the same thing. Figuring that one pair would be no different than the next, I decided just to live with it. However, the worst was yet to come. The soles have worn completely flat in certain places already. This is especially disappointing considering that they haven't been worn much during this snowy winter. Considering the limited wear time, these shoes have basically worn out in just a few months. My first pair lasted a couple years so needless to say, I'm not impressed with Asics' new business model. Oh, and they're more expensive now too. Time to start shopping for a low profile shoe company that wants to keep my business.

These shoes are narrow across the toes and have no removable insole for replacing with orthotics. I ordered the men's size 4 women's 5.5, but they would only fit a child's foot. The material is not sturdy enough to consider use for sports.
