I bought these for my dad's 93rd birthday -- he is fussy. Likes things just the way they were 50 years ago. He loved these slippers. I bought them 1/2 size larger as advised by other purchasers and they fit well.

As always, the quality and price of the items I purchase from Zappos are superb. The scuff was a present for my husband and he just loves them. They fit much better than his old pair and the construction is sound. Nice, nice slippers!

VERY DISAPPOINTED - I purchased these for my father while he was in the hospital and then to have at home. I was VERY disappointed in the quality of the shoe itself. I did not feel that I got my money’s worth. While the material is, quality material the construction of the shoe provides not sold walking platform and no arch support. My father is in his 70’s and this is the ONLY style of house shoe he will wear. I have had a difficult time finding this style in a quality shoe (shoe vs. material). The shoe also ran smaller then it has indicated size that would not be an issue had the sturdy platform and arch support existed. He would have “walked them in” and they would have been perfect. Sadly, I am disappointed in the shoe. One of my brothers is wearing them and I am still searching for this style, with a platform and support. Maria

Runs a little small so order a half size up. Takes about a week or so to get used to but they are very comfy. Good price and top notch leather. I wear them every weekend.

Thin soles - The soles were too thin thus allowing tiny nailheads to work their way through. Otherwise, a very attractive and comfortable pair of slippers.

Having read reviews prior to purchase, I chose a half size larger. The fit is slightly snug but I expect the slippers would expand after time. Pleased with the comfort and the style. Good choice.

I have prided my association with Zappos. I always order from this company those items that I need. L.B. Evans slippers are my favorite, and Zappos always seems to have them available when I need them.

Pretty good, all-purpose sneakers. Not especially cool looking, but a nice "simple" style. Similar to Converse All-Stars, but classier. They're lightweight, seem sturdy and can be worn in any casual situation. I like that they have a thin/low-profile, especially around the heel and ankles, so my jeans don't get caught on them. Only a few complaints - I wish they had more shape/contour, they kind of look like hobbit shoes. The sole (car tire rubber) is too thick, clunky and stiff. No arch support - they\'re flat as a pancake which hurts the bottoms of my feet and knees after walking a while. Otherwise, good casual shoes with a classic low-key style. Also they run a bit small, so you might want to get a 1/2 size up.

Searching for man's slippers - I have looked all over for man's slippers, looked like they disappeared from the stores. Thanks for the internet and Zappos I found exactly what he wanted. It looks great, fits well and is comfortable. Thank you Zappos, you saved me lots of time and aggravation.

For the man who has everything - ...Including raggedy slippers, this is the perfect solution. Gave this to my beau as a Father's day gift; as suggested by others here, I ordered it a half size larger. Perfect gift. Wouldn't change a thing. Although if I catch him out side in the drive way with them on, I'll have a fit...

Comfortable - This slipper was a gift for my special guy. They are a beautifully soft leather. He really enjoys them, but they were a little small and narrow so we exchanged them for a half size larger.

L. B Evans Duke Scuff (Houseslipper)- We first found this exact man's slipper at a department store when we got married about 52 years ago. My husband will wear nothing other than this model of shoe by this manufacturer. He said he would rather go barefoot than wear another brand and style.

Satisfied customer - I ordered this shoe for my husband who presently has nerve damage in his feet. So far, so good. No complaints. This is a great looking slipper with equal comfort. Thanks to Zappos and everyone that wrote a review. I suggest ordering this shoe a full size larger than you normally purchase. My husband normally wears a size 15 M, however, I ordered a 16 E. Perfect fit!

Great slipper - Bought this item as a gift for a picky person. He likes them!! They look dignified, feel sturdy, and are comfortable to wear. One more thing, for people unfamiliar with Zappos.com, I highly recommend this site. It could not be easier to shop here and the Zappos reps are GREAT!

Very pleased with this purchase. My husband enjoys the look and feel of the slipper and has been completely satisfied. We bought a wider width than he normally wears, but it felt like a D width so it was a perfect fit.

Good-looking leather slippers- Bought these for my dad for Christmas. After reading the reviews, I took the advice to buy 1/2 size bigger, so I did. My father loved them and they fit like a glove. Zappos is the very best online site. I received the slippers in 2 days and did not pay shipping or tax!!! Zappos, you are the best. Wish all sites were like this!!!

Review of L.B. Evans Scuff - I purchased this scuff for my husband for Christmas. He said it was the most comfortable slipper he'd ever worn and this is a guy that lives in slippers!

The width is fine for me. Great workmanship, comfort, and the width stretches to the contours of the foot.

Slipper - As my feet are swollen, these are really not fitting properly. Other than that, I am completely satisfied.

LB's Scuff - Very Comfortable. Have worn simular shoe before. This one is a definite winner for repurchase.
