Fairly comfortable, but seemed to run a bit narrow. I don't usually have this problem when ordering a B width shoe. I also thought it felt about a half size too small, but that could be because my foot was cramped into a shoe that was too narrow. Cute shoe - sort of channeling the 50's white nubuck Pat Boone vibe...Easy to slip on and off.

I had to return these. They pinched my toes. Toe box was too narrow. Everything else on the shoe seemed fine. I was really looking forward to be able to throw these straight into the washing machine after a day at the hospital.

I wanted to like this shoe which was very comfortable except the heels were too wide. I have a wide foot, but narrow heels and the heel on this shoe was way too big and would have caused blisters. So back they went.

I have no idea how all these reviews are so different than mine, there is some cushioning but virtually no arch support. The inside is entirely flat. They are lightweight but no support. At least half a size short.

The top is very soft and provides virtually no arch support. My ankle rolled inwards as soon as I put them on. I am returning them. They might be great shoes for people who do not have overpronation issues.

These shoes didn't work for me I think because I have larger than average ankles. Even with socks on wearing them around the house for a bit left me with red welts on the back of both ankles. I chose these shoes based on the overwhelmingly positive reviews and I really wanted to like them, but nope. I had to return them. I don't think that they deserve a negative review because I bet they're fine for people with average-sized ankles.

The leather is stiff so it is difficult to slip in - even when trying to pull on the leather. I think wearing socks with this would of made it more difficult. This was in my size and extra wide but too stiff.

I wanted a slip-on that has a heel back so that I can wear my custom orthotics. This shoe runs narrow (like most Propets), but is true to size in length. I usually wear an 8.5 regular, and I ordered an 8.5 wide. The lining around the ankle is soft and comfortable, the shoe feels very stable, but there is no arch support or cushioning. With my foot and ankle problems this one has to go back. I ordered the Timberland Professional slip-on, Nurse Mates Dove, and Nurse Mates Sami. These three shoes provide way more arch support and cushioning. The Sami is most similar in style, but I prefer the other two I mentioned better. The Timberland Pro offers the best arch support and cushioning other than the Drew Bloom.

This shoe ran HUGE. I normally order a wide to accommodate socks, but this was too wide and long. It also seemed that the proportions were more for a man's foot as opposed to a women's. I've tried to wear men's shoes in the past and found that the arch hit wrong and the shoes are too heavy. This styling looked cheesey. Seemed to have good cushioning. Would probably not breathe well.

It looks good and easy to slip in and out especially at the air port for security check points. One thing to improve - add more comfort pad around the heels, it hurts a little when walking too long.

I wear wide shoes and order D width, these still pinch at the toes. No arch support at all. Like the style, wish they had more support.

For me, this shoe has a very narrow toe area. I bought the widest available and it tapers so much toward the front that it rubs the sides of toes. Also, the depth of the toe area is very shallow and rubs the top of toes. Shoe is not stretching to ease these pressure points, so if you have wide, swim-fin shaped feet, this isn't the shoe for you.

Depressingly Geriatric - While arguably comfortable these shoes look very geriatric and somewhat depressing. Besides, these shoes feel like I am wearing mini boats on my feet - they feel a bit heavy. They are a bit tight around the middle of the foot (outside of the instep area), but I am sure that'd loosen up with time. Overall, I'd grade them at 2-3 stars not more. I'd keep them if the price was under $20, but since it's not, I am returning them.

My feet sweat in the shoe, like the look and comfort, but needs to have some air circulation.

Not as comfortable as I thought - I bought them looking for a comfortable walking shoe - harder if you have wide feet... They had little or no arch support and after 1 hour walking I'm sending them back as my feet are burning and my back is sore. Maybe I need a higher arch - I’ll go with New Balance - their sneakers seem a better fit for me. If you want comfort buy Softwalk.

Wash at your own risk - I received these shoes in the royal blue and white in April of 2006 and loved the comfort and fit... but when I washed them, the color faded and changed. I did wear them a lot, but about six months ago, the top tore away from the sole for about two inches on one shoe... still, I've gotten a lot of use from them and have ordered them again.

Nothing special - After reading all these glowing reviews, I thought this would be the best shoe ever --- cushiony, supportive, etc. When actually wearing it, however, I found it just okay. It's not uncomfortable, but it's not unusually comfortable either --- about as good as any other inexpensive walking shoe.

Not the best fit - This shoe is well constructed and very comfortable, but very loose in the heel. Had to return because of fit.

I have to agree w/ another consumer, I didn't notice any arch support especially for me. I just didn't care for the shoe at all.

Arch support not as suggested - I am surprised that this got rated as having excellent arch support. I couldn't tell that there was any. Also, the toe box was a little snug for my tastes, but I admittedly like a roomy toe box.

Average look and very stiff at the heel - These shoes felt very stiff at the heel. They don't have much padding around the ankle, just a stiff nylon part that felt very uncomfortable. Their look is average: they look reasonably nicely made, but nothing to take one's breath away. They're also very large on the inside, so if you have thin feet they will feel very loose.

I like these shoes - I really like the way these shoes look. They are comfortable and I will probably get more of them. Only problem: the toe guard part of the sole is starting to separate from the leather. I have had them about 1 month.

Not really a wide - I usually order a wide but this one was not a normal wide. I can wear them for just casual strolling but as a walking shoe it caused blisters. The arch support was fine but it is not as wide as the other Propet's I have and loved. Was disappointed in this one.

Propet Wash & Wear Slip-on - Wear these shoes and forget you have feet. Feel like supportive slipers...and look like them too. Bought these for work but they are too soft. Perhaps the white ones would look a little less like Granny's?

Not too good looking - Overall the shoe is excellent for walking. However very short on good looks, in fact it is pretty ugly.
