I ordered a slim pair and a regular width pair because I have a narrow heel the heel often slips on shoes I order. The Slim pair were too tight, but the regular width fits well and does not appear to slip so far. I was worried that the color was not a true navy, but it actually looks good with my navy pants. The arch support is minimal and the inserts are not removable. I think they will work fine.

These Keds shoes are adorable and I would love to wear them. Unfortunately, for me these did not provide me with enough support and I found them to be uncomfortable. I wear a size 11 narrow width, which is hard to find. I appreciated that these were my size, but they felt rigid and flat. Lastly, you cannot remove the insoles that are in the shoe, so if you have orthotics that you want to insert, there is no way to do this. For women who do not have problem feet, these would be a cute, casual shoe to wear. Thank you Zappos for your return policy!

unfortunately these were too long and just would not work so I have to return. I tried the size half smaller and they were too tight. I really wanted these.

I reordered a smaller size because the 8.5 were too long. but unfortunately they ended up being more narrow and hit right at my bunion.

as above, the fit was narrow, despite being a wide width. The shoe is cute, but not beefy enough for my comfort.

I like these a lot but they were too snug - I am usually an 8M, but these are narrow. Aldo, I wish they had more arch or heel support -- too flat.

When I walk they get an uncomfortable fold cross both toes.

Due to bunions I require a WW width. However, this Keds sneaker is not wide enough. I own other Keds sneakers that fit well. Otherwise, they are a cute shoe and appear to be made well.

Finally! I've found a casual shoe that fits my wide foot and was comfortable to wear right out of the box. I bought my normal size - 9W and they fit perfectly. I need more colors!

I like them, but they make a funny sound when I walk, and it's not going away.

Bought these great black-on-black Keds to wear as Summer flats. I wear them without the shoe laces. I usually wear lower-heeled, Cole Haan wedges, but sometimes I need a shoe that is breathe-able in hot weather, can handle rough pavement, and still look good. These are it!

This pair of Keds seem to be 1/2 size larger than 9 1/2 usually is . They look nice but my left foot has too much room. Guess I’ll wear heavy socks!!

I have a wide foot and the X-wide fit better. I also have a high instep and seam on the front of the shoe was a little tight on the first wearing, however it felt much better on the next and following wearing after the material stretched a bit.

i feel like the last has changed for these. i'm a true 9.5 & have always purchased these in a 9. but lately i started getting a 9 because i was walking right out of the 9.5. still a bit big in the heel for me but kind of narrow in the toe box.

Shoes are cute, just what I needed. But what was really great was the customer service. I needed to exchange my shoes. The service agent, Tabitha, was great. Just for the extra care she took will make me a customer for life. Some companies are so lacking in any type of customer care, and it truly does make a difference.

These shoes are super cute and the color is nice and vivid. My only complaint is that the insoles are pretty flat, so I had to insert new ones just to make it more comfy. But Keds are good quality, so I will definitely buy these again.

The fit was good for my very narrow foot. Shoes in AAA width are few and far between. They appear to be well made and look nice.

These were replacements for a pair that I've worn out. They work well for me with some knee issues-- they help my stability. They fit well, I washed the previous pair with no ill effects. I feel supported--not necessarily fashionable but I'm comfortable.

I wouldn’t classify them as extra wide but they are comfortable.

Nice Keds, but for my feet, at least, my toes felt scrunched and my heel had that "space" between itself and the back of the shoe, making slide around a bit while walking. So, size-wise, seems ok, but the fit seemed a little problematic nevertheless. Perhaps a narrower foot might work better with this shoe (?). I've had Keds before so wanted to try, but for this style, I didn't have as much luck. Still very nice, well-made shoes, though.
