Just like I remembered them, but more comfortable - I've been going through a lot of the old tennis shoe designs lately because I can't stand the modern ones. I remember wearing these in junior high school for a couple years. The arch support is very nice. I walk quite a bit these days and my old favorite, Converse All-Stars, just don't give me the support I need. I've also gotten a number of positive comments from people who you wouldn't normally think would notice shoes. I think it's just because they are so classic looking that they remind people of a different time. I find it to be especially true for the white ones with the blue stripes. They also seem to last a bit longer than other shoes.

Great shoes - These shoes are great. I use them for basketball. They feel great and look great on the court. Would recommend to anyone.

Comfortable kicks - Having lived in Boston for the past 3 years I was pretty much required by law to buy a pair of "shell-toe" adidas. I love these shoes! Man are these things comfortable and they have a very nice look with jeans and shorts. A must have. Run DMC would be proud.

Phat Shell Toes - I love these shoes! I have wanted a pair since I can't even remember when. I wear a size 16 and finally found them on Zappos.com and just love them. Pure comfort!!! You won't be disappointed.

Love these shoes - I bought these for nursing school to wear in clinicals, and although they took a day or so to break in, now they're very comfortable. I'm very pleased with my purchase, and if you have to go with all white, these are a cute choice. I wear a 9 and bought these in a 9 - perfect fit.

Love it! After running around Foot Lockers who said they didn't carry it, I found this on Zappos and ordered it. The next day I had my Adidas on my doorstep and they fit perfectly! Not perfect for trekking miles in new shoes, as I am still breaking them in, but these shoes are hot and I love Zappos for being so convenient and helpful with my shoe purchasing!

Husband loves these! This is the second pair of Adidas that my husband has purchased! He liked them so well - comfort, form, and fit, not only does he have a pair for casual wear, he works in them also!

Classics - Great shoes. I've had like 10 pairs of these in my life. I always come back to these.

Amazing shoe with great comfort - I've gotta say, Zappos.com really is a quality place. Overnight delivery is the best, and my shoes got here in less than 3 days. The shoe feels great, with only a day or two to break in. I'm a size 15, but even a size 14 fits me. The comfort level is high here, with a nice "cotton-esque" feel inside the shoe. Thank you Zappos for delivering another quality shoe to me.

Adidas Originals Superstar II - Very stylish and best of all, comfortable. I love them and I recommend people who have interest in this shoe to buy this.

Superstar II Rocks! I'm a female and I thought I was a size 6 for this style, but I was a size 6 Men's, not Women's. After exchanging it (service was superb, naturally), the more I fell in love with the Superstar. It was so comfortable that I didn't want to take them off while lying on the couch! And I'm 52. With no hassle service from Zappos, they'll always be on my mind for future orders! P.S. I Love Adidas. And Zappos.

Showing the shell toe some love - What else can you say about this shoe, it carries that classic look, it feels great and it's a damn durable shoe. I own eleven pair of shells; needless to say I love them. Thank you Adidas and thank you Zappos for your excellent service- you’re the best in the business. Peace.

Overall Good Choice - The shoe looks and feels really good. They are light and comfort fitting. The only reason I marked down the comfort was it turned out to be not as wide as I would need. Even so, I would still buy them again.

Awesome. I got the white with black trim. I really don't think you can make a cooler shoe than this. They've got the great retro Adidas styling, and they're ultra comfortable as well. Seriously, they're the official shoe of Run-DMC! What more do you need?!

Good Old School - This shoe is comfortable and true to size. It will not disappoint, if you appreciate a throw back that is true in looks and comfort.

Old Reliable - This shoe never changes. The same quality, the same good look. It has been around for a while, but never looks dated. Very comfortable with very little break-in time. Good value from a good company.

My boyfriend was very pleased! I ordered this classic sneaker for my boyfriend’s birthday, and he couldn't be more excited. The fit was perfect for his size 10, and he loved its simple black and white design.

Great Shoes - I have the feeling I'll have these shoes for a long time. Very durable and very comfortable for about any situation. Had them for well over a year and still in perfect condition, no problems yet. A great classic look.

Great shoes. Have worn them for years. Solid foot support, durable construction. Rubber toes yellow with time but usually by then time for a new pair!

My FAVORITE shoe EVER! I am 35 yrs old and have rheumatoid arthritis and have had 5 back surgeries and need HIGHLY comfortable shoes. I was SO disenchanted with trying to wear shoes for seniors or the type that advertise as orthopedically friendly shoes, and charge mega $$ for the special label. THESE ADIDAS ORIGINALS with shell toe have SUPERIOR comfort AND look cool, so I bought one in black, one in brown and one in beige and am seeking navy. I wear them to the office and at home, and threw out all of my other shoes! I WILL LOVE THEM FOREVER! I'm going to buy extras for the day these all wear out!

My favorite shoes! The Adidas Superstar II is my favorite shoe. It's very comfortable and looks really cool. I needed a new pair quickly, and Zappos delivered! Amazing shoes, amazing service!

Old-School Style - This is the mainstay of the Adidas line of footwear. I own several variants of it (Superstar Woven, Superstar Attitude, etc.) but only one pair of regular* Superstars, gold on white. (Which AFAIK are out of production.) The black-on-white is the classic old school color way, and as I have at least half a dozen pair of them or variants, I cannot recommend them enough. They are the first pair of shoes that I owned that were* actually true to size. They were also the first pair on non-high-top shoes I would even CONSIDER wearing. And with the shell toes -- you really can't go wrong. I recommend owning at LEAST one pair.

Awesome shoe - What many others have said... first the shoe was very tight and had to loosen up within a week or so... now it’s super comfortable with excellent arch support. This shoe is relatively tight and I had to go a 1/2 size larger than normal.
