This is a beautiful looking shoe. The leather is very soft and I loved it. Unfortunately, I have to return them. My normal size is 6.5 medium. These shoes were way too big. I tried insoles which helped but then they were too tight in the toes.

Nice shoe. Seems a bit narrow for a wide. Will require a bit of stretching, haven't worn it long enough to see long term comfort but seems okay so far. I like the classiness of the very simple design.

I have an older version (about 6 years) of this shoe which fits perfectly and which I still wear. Unfortunately, my attempts in recent years to replace these shoes (which are now showing wear and tear) have been unsuccessful. The manufacturers have changed the fit (it's a half size too long and slightly too narrow) and the proper size has never been available! On the bright side, the style remains smart and professional. The shoe is comfortable for all-day wear and is very durable. I would definitely give this style a shot -- if they fit you, you'll love them and get years of good service from them.

I had a previous pair of these, which I wore to death. I don't recall them being so tight initially. I'm still happy with the style and the shoe, but I do think they shortened the width within the past two years or so...

Not comfortable at first. When I first wore this shoe it left blisters on my heels. So, after that I put duct tape on my heels until I got the shoe broke in. Now, they're very comfortable and I don't need the duct tape.

Overall a good shoe. I have rather high arches, which felt a bit restricted in these shoes, and they seemed to run a bit small, so my toes had very little wiggle-room. Aside from that, they looked very sharp, both with business-casual wear and jeans, and garnered a lot of positive comments. I prefer to wear them on office days, as they're okay for shorter periods on your feet, but 8+ hours can begin to get a bit painful; they don't have a lot of padding, despite the good support.

The shoe looks great on the foot but I like a mannish shoe. I have worn them twice for 8 hour shifts and my feet have been in pain both times. I find that the leather is the problem it is very hard and unyielding. There is not much padding on the foot bed so that the bottom of my feet hurt. I wear size 10 N and I have flat feet. I can't recommend these shoes.

After buying a pair in this style in black 3-4 years ago, and being very happy with them, I bought another pair in brown. Same size, 8N. Unfortunately, some combination of minor changes in styling and fit make the brown ones much less comfortable. Main problem is they are wide on my narrow foot, and slip in the heel even with bulky socks. I have kept and make do, but the inconsistency means I won't come back to this brand. At least they're inexpensive!

I had two pairs of Franco Sarto Bocca in the past two years, one patent and the other the usual leather. I recently bought another pair last December 2012, and have been wearing it to the office. I really love it, but I am so disappointed now because this third pair of Franco Sartos are beginning to get ripped on the top front! I wonder if this is an odd one from the many pairs, of is quality being inferior now? Is there any way this could be replaced with a new one?

Too big! At least a 1/2 size if not a full size. I could walk right out of the heel. The toe box was quite large and way too long. They're going back.

These shoes are not of a good construction, although they look fine. I wore these shoes to work about three times per week, walking most days 30 minutes to/from the bus stop. I'm petite and weigh about 110 pounds, do not pound on my feet, and take very good care of my shoes. However, after just four months, the inside pads got holes in the heel, ball of foot, and toes; and the stacked heel is chipped and breaking. The leather upper remains in great shape. I would pay more for a lasting shoe.

I have very large, long feet, and these looked like clunky men's loafers on my feet- very unattractive. They were also very stiff and hard soled. A friend has them, and they look fine on her smaller feet, and she likes them.

This shoe is very nicely styled. I ordered a 7.5W. It was, unfortunately, not very wide. If you need a wide width, do not buy this shoe.

ABSOLUTELY a classy, sharp looking shoe. I bought a 6 1/2 in Cafe. They tend to be on the small side. The shoe is tight on the top of my feet and the heels are stiff. As I love the way they look, I purchased a 7 in black and sadly they were too big. Great looking, but not the most comfortable shoe.

more to a shoe than looks. This is a very attractive shoe. However, its comfort level leaves quite a bit to be desired. I find the insole hard and inflexible. After 3 months of use, the heel is beginning to peel. I've purchased F. Sarto shoes in the past so I'll consider this disappointment an isolated incident.

Pretty shoe, but doesn't fit! The length was too short and the heel too wide. A big disappointment since the shoe is so attractive!

This is the 3rd pair of these shoes I have bought in the past 22 years and something has changed. The leather is no longer soft and the sizing is off. I will be returning this pair and will have to find a different low heeled work shoe.

These are now made in China. I found they are just not the same shoe I have purchased for years. The fit is a little different and just not as comfortable.

The picture of this shoe looks smart and femenine. When it arrived it looked big and bulky, and felt that way too. Not good for a narrow foot.

This leaves black marks on every surface… from wood floors to carpeting. I loved the look and feel of these shoes and have worn them for a while. I am constantly having to wipe up black marks off the floor where I work. So, today, I am buying a different pair to wear to work. I don't typically write bad reviews. I would like to say that these are very comfortable and look very nice, too. I wish I could continue to wear them.

Wow, I am really surprised at all the great reviews for this shoe because I didn't care for it at all. I ordered a wide, which always fits me, and I couldn't even get my foot into this. The leather is also very stiff. Sorry, these are going back!

Very tight across the top of the foot and loose in the heel. I am a true 7 and this shoe was not even close. Disappointing, cute shoe.

Not really up to my expectations; average at best I find this shoe's attributes not up to my expectations. The shoe fits well and look nice, but it's not as comfortable as I thought it would be. The heel is tight and stiff and gives me blisters if I walk in it for a long time. Also, it already looks a little worn and stretched on the upper. I won't buy this one again. I could have spent $30 and got an equivalent experience.

I have bought these shoes for years. When they were made in Brazil, they were a good quality leather, workmanship and fit. Now that they are made in China, the leather is substandard, the seams and glue do not hold up, and leather has puckers on the sides and top. They are not as comfortablee as before. The samples in the store are made in Brazil. Beware! What you buy is from China and not worth paying for.
