This was my 3rd pair of these shoes! The first pair is starting to have holes in the soles after many years of wear, but the 2nd ones still look fine. I just wanted to make sure I'd always have a good pair in case they stop making this style. They look nice enough to wear to work with suits or with jeans when I'm not at work. And they are so comfortable. The free shipping and the excellent customer service from Zappos make them more affordable than buying them in a department store, too. Thanks, Zappos!

I have suffered from back injuries/pain for 5 years now. Wearing the right shoes has always been important. These have been god sent. They are the perfect height. Super comfortable. And they last a long time due to their great quality and workmanship.

Narrow feet - Tired of getting laughed at when you ask for narrow width. This is the spot. Love it.

Quite narrow - I bought these shoes in a 7W, which I always wear, and I could not even get my foot into the opening! I think they are much narrower than indicated. They are, however, beautiful shoes, and I wish they fit me.

WOW! These are great. These shoes are just GREAT. I love them. I waited almost 2 yrs. to buy these shoes, because they never go on sale, but I broke down and decided to buy them. I had a hard time finding my size and I know why. They are the most comfortable shoes I own and they go with just about evrything. I'm an instructor and I'm on my feet a fair amount of the day, so I shop for comfort and style. After buying them and loving them, I went back and bought TWO more pairs. These are classy MUST HAVE shoes!

I finally broke down and got them! I waited 2 years to buy these shoes! They never went on sale, so I finally got them anyway,and I'm soooo glad I did. I've worn them to work every day since I got them. (I sell shoes!) I'm very happy with the way they look and they're comfie. I wish I had gotten them sooner and will be purchasing navy and cafe too! I find myself wearing them on my days off too!

I love these shoes! I bought these shoes years ago at Nordstrom's and have come to this site looking for more! I walked all over Europe in these for months and love every step! Great with jeans or a work attire. I sure hope Zappos gets my size soon!

Fits like a glove - These shoes are wonderful. I bought one pair a couple of months ago and have come back for more. They look good with skirts and with slacks and they always feel great. I have super narrow feet and can't often find narrow sizes with this amount of comfort.

'Favorite shoes in the whole world. These are my favorite shoes in the whole world. I own 3 pairs. They're comfy and wear well. I must have worn them everyday for a year straight and they still looked good.

Give em a little time to break in. At first they slip-on a little hard. But after a couple weeks of wereing them they are super comfy and just like loafers should they slip-on real easy. The back always pops right back up. Dont be scared to push it down its the best way to slip it on easy

The best shoe I've ever owned! I own two pairs of these and they're the most comfortable I've ever worn!! I stand on my feet all day and they don't hurt my feet like other loafers. They keep their shape and shine and I get so many compliments!

Love this shoe. My toes don't hurt, my feet feel comfortable, the heel isn't too high. Classy and sexy, this is the greatest shoe. I felt good wearing them.

Comfy cozy! I have big, wide feet and always feel like I'm spilling out of my shoes or I buy too big and my ankle rolls out. I wear 11W and these were true to form. I loved the heel and ball cushioning. They have a stiff heel, so use a shoehorn. I'm saving to buy my next pair, make more styles in WIDE! Please. Best pair I 've ever bought.

Wore them out! I wore these shoes out working 8 hours a night in a restaurant! I loved them because of the high front tounge that slid under my pants vs. showing part of my hose cover swollen feet like a lot of regular flat heeled shoes! Made me feel comfortable!

Great Shoes. I own a pair of these shoes but purchased them from Bloomingdales. I love them! I also received numerous compliments on them. I'm planning to buy another pair or two from this website.

Boccas rule! I wore these shoes for 12 hours right out of the box and never thought twice about my feet. They are super for walking, standing and looking stylish. I have "problem feet", so when I find shoes like this, I buy another pair or two! One comment is that I found that both styles of FS loafer I own run big. I always wear an 8.5, but in these shoes, I wear an 8. I suggest ordering down half a size from what you always wear.

What an awesome shoe Franco Sarto "Bocca" is THE most comfortable shoe I've ever owned as far as a dress shoe is concerned. Sure they are stiff and tight when brand new, but believe me-when the "break-in" period is over look out, you will never want to take them off. I am on the move alot and I prefer to only wear these particular shoes.

Best Yet! I ordered two pairs of this shoe. Everything you want and expect can be found in this shoe. They are so comfortable. I have bad knees and I can truly say these shoes are comforable. I can't wait to order the red and navy pairs. I already have the cafe and black.

Cindi This is my second pair and I absolutely love them. I am on my feet all day, 12 hours a day and my feet never hurt. Every pair of Franco Sarto's that I own are that way. I am hooked!

I've worn them out I never wear out shoes...Out of the 10 pairs of black shoes that I currently own, I wear these 8 out of 10 times. Comfortable, classic and can wear with pants or long skirts. I am now buying two more pairs as back-ups!

I absolutely adore these shoes, both for comfort and versatility. I've purchased countless pairs of cute shoes only to find out that they're painful. Then I found Francos...
