A great shoe to wear with skirts, slacks, and jeans. They broke in on the first day. I usually wear a narrow width, but these fit really well, so they may be too narrow for some. They are very comfortable to wear all day long. I love these shoes!

I have been buying and wearing this Franco Sarto style for almost 10 years. Needless to say I love them! They are perfect for work, and still stylish enough for a night out. Comfortable too. The heel is low and the toe-box is wide.

I have been searching endlessly for a comfortable pair of black loafers which I can wear to work as well as just goofing around. Finally I found them! The fit couldn\'t be better and the leather is quite soft.

I wore these shoes for the first time all day yesterday (I'm a teacher). I normally wear Danskos, which have more support, but I was not disappointed with the comfort of the Franco Sartos. By the end of the day, there was a little rubbing on my heel, but that is to be expected on the first day. I wear between a 7.5 and 8.5 depending on the brand, and I got an 8 in this shoe. I had to wear a sock that was not as thin as a trouser sock and not as thick as a sport sock, kind of an in-betweener, for comfort. Very happy with the purchase!

Great shoes. Wore out a pair of black ones and now am on second pair of black. Just added the brown, which is a nice dark shade of brown. Love these since I have narrow feet and need a neat looking shoe to teach school in. These also look great with jeans.

I absolutely love Franco Sarto! Always a perfect fit and wear well. I have always been able to wear these right out of the box and the size is consistent. It is great to know I can buy the size 6.5 and it is always the perfect fit!

These shoes are an all-time favorite. This is my second pair, I got so much wear out of the first pair. I am on my feet all day working, and they are the most comfortable shoes yet. This newest pair seems to have more cushion on the insole than my original pair, which is a bonus. They are true to size and worth the money.

Great shoes, great service. I'm hard on shoes (including trudging through parking lots of snow and rain because I hate putting on boots) and have problem feet. It took me 2 years to wear these shoes out and they aren't even made for roughing it! I never thought I'd find them again and there they were on the Zappos site. They take a bit of time to stretch out, but it's worth every minute. I also tried 5 other pairs and returned every one of them. Zappos was kind enough to help with each step of the process including the free returns. I love the phone reps. They all seem to have great personalities and will go to extremes to get you whatever you need.

Excellent, prompt service. The loafer is exactly as pictured: sleek, elegant, beautiful leather, well made. I always have a choice between two sizes because of half/size difference between my feet, and chose the smaller. At first they seemed tight, but after two weeks of breaking in, they feel really good, look great with slacks and good for walking. This is a warm shoe, so probably best in cool weather. It's a classic if you like the sleek sophisticated look and I do!

I love these shoes; I\'ve had a lot of trouble with my feet and am now wearing orthotics to give me extra arch support. These shoes work wonderfully with them and look very professional with pants for work. They are so comfortable I just love them. I am currently waiting on the availability of them in brown.

Great practical professional shoe for the office. Comfortable with a wide toe box. True to size. Heel slipped a little, but I added a shoe insert and the shoe fits perfectly!

I love these shoes. They are elegant and comfortable if you are going to be on your feet all day but need to look nice. This has been a favorite shoe of mine for quite a few years now. I buy a new pair about once a year because I wear them so much for work, etc. I typically bought them at Nordstrom, but couldn't find them there this year so was thrilled to see them available at Zappos. Zappos, by the way, has amazing service! I always get my order in less than 24 hours from when I placed the order. No shipping cost, and an easy-going return policy (not that I've ever needed it).
