Love, love, love these shoes. This is my 2nd pair. Had 1st pair for years! Bought 1st pair at Macy's and when I couldn't find them there, I looked at Zappos (should have done in 1st place). I just hope Zappos has them in the years to come when I will buy a 3rd pair! Great fit, true to size, comfortable right out of the box!

I have had 6 pairs of this shoe over the years. They are by far the best loafer I have ever had. I am on my feet all day and find them comfortable enough to wear during a 14 hour work day, but stylish enough to wear with dress clothes. They are comfortable enough to take straight out of the box and wear all day, and they get better with time. They are also durable - I wear them all the time and one pair will last me several years.

My wife purchased the black ones after Christmas and loved them so much, I ordered the brown ones for her birthday. She says they are extremely comfortable.

This is my third pair of these shoes - two black and one cognac (no longer made in this color). We go way back. They are very comfortable and durable. They can be worn all day and have a nice lustrous sheen. They really dress up a pant or suit outfit.

These are a comfy great looking loafer. I wear to work with dress pants or casually with jeans. Pretty much true to size. I ordered a half size larger to accommodate more than trouser socks comfortably.

I purchased the Franco Sarto Bocca shoe in black a month or so ago. I was interested in the brown but, they were out of stock. Zappos asked if I would like to be notified when they were back in stock. I accepted thinking that really I was just out of luck. Zappos emailed me two weeks later that they had my shoe in stock and now I am a wonderfully happy owner of both pair! They offer a 365 day free return policy but I don't think I will be using it!

These are the best shoes ever for work! This is my second pair, and I wore the first for about five years 'til the heels wore down. Comfortable and stylish. I'm on my feet all day and I don't get tired with these.

I love these shoes. They are very comfortable. When I first tried them on, they felt a little tight, but after wearing them for about a half hour, they felt fine. The longer you wear them, the more comfortable they feel. I recommend using a shoehorn to put them on.

Perfect "work shoe" for a clean, professional look. I now have both black and brown, and they are my "go-to" shoe for everyday wear.

This is the best shoe to wear if you are an airline pilot. I have worn them for the past 15 years and every new pair wears like a glove from the first moment I put it on! Highly recommend!

These shoes look extremely sharp and well-made. Unfortunately, I thought they were a little masculine-looking, and they were a little wide, too, though they are the width I usually wear. I sent them back.

This is my second pair of these shoes -- thought I'd better replace them before I no longer could. They are my every day "go to" shoes because the patent leather looks a bit dressy, they have a little bit of height and they accommodate the orthotic that I have to wear for plantar fasciitis. They are very comfortable and look nice with both slacks and jeans.

I purchased this style again after original pair finally wore out. It is remarkably comfortable considering that it is not built like a comfort shoe. It has a roomy, oblique toe. Will have to see how patent finish holds up over time, but regular leather version was very durable. I got several years of wear by replacing worn heel surface.

These are my got to shoes for comfortable, stylish day wear. When I am going to be on my feet a lot, this is my choice. They hold up very well, and the heels are a good height. I have had four pair and hope they don't stop making this style!

I love these shoes! I have very wide feet and it's tough finding shoes that fit and are comfortable. These are both thanks to their square toe box and arch support.

I used to have a pair of comfortable and great-looking black loafers by Anne Klein, but I literally wore them until a hole developed in the sole. I found these and although I wasn't 100% sold on the style (I prefer there to be an adornment of some kind to break up the space between the toe and the instep) I was sick of searching for what I wanted and they were so comfortable I got them anyway. They have been great. I love the low heel, the simplicity of them and that they have lasted for so long and still look great. I now have them in black and brown.
