Shoe was narrower than usual. I've had about 10 or so pairs of these throughout the years and this is the first time I need to really break in. Pinching right foot and toe nerve. Normally very satisfied.

Very comfortable; high quality; true to size; and look great. First day I wore them for 10 hours with no problems at all. Love these shoes! Great for business attire or casual.

This is my second pair of these shoes. I do not have any complaints, only praise. I LOVE these shoes. I'd had been looking for a pair of loafers with comfort and style for such a long time. I got tired of being disappointed when I would go into stores shopping for shoes. Well I don't have to worry about that anymore. Zappos is the best.

Extremely comfortable. I have high arches and it is difficult to find low heeled shoes that are comfy. I walked all over Rome in these and my feet felt great at the end of the day. Worth every penny.

I got this shoe in a size 12 med today(5/30/2013). It came this am and I put it on at about 9 am had it on all day till about 8 pm. Lot of walking in the mall in the food store. My wife and I walked a lot and the shoe never hurt me at all, and I wore the shoe barefoot. Great shoe. Yes, I bought the shoe for myself. I wear a mens size 10 med so in a ladies size I moved up to 12 med and they feel great. My wife thought they were mens shoes till I told her they were ladies. Are you sure, she asked. Yes, dear, I said. Okay, she said.

I just love these shoes. This is my second pair. Excellent work shoes and you can dress them up if you are creative. I paired the shoes with a taffeta skirt and black tights. Made quite a statement and got lots of compliments.

They felt a little narrow throughout the forefoot, but I have borderline wide feet. They have since stretched just enough to be comfortable, without losing their original streamlined shape. They are very comfy and add just enough lift. Classic looking shoe! Worth the price.

Comfy shoes for work with a professional look. A little stiff at first but once you break them in they will be your "go to" shoes!

These shoes are comfortable and quietly stylish. This is the third pair of these loafers that I have owned. For some reason this pair fit a bit bigger than the previous two pairs, but not enough to bother me. There is not a lot of arch support, but they are comfortable enough for walking around all day in or for wearing for work.

I love these shoes! I wear them with skirts, pants, soaks and tights. I was even able to wear my ankle brace with them. Super comfortable and stylish.

These shoes are fantastic! Comfortable, true to size, great fit. Wore them on a business trip right out of the box - no issues, no blisters. They looked a bit narrow but fit well. I highly recommend them.

I ordered this shoe in black and brown because I loved this style. I ordered the 8M. It was fine in style but a little tight in width as all new shoes are. I am sure that once I have broken them in they will feel better. I have worn with jeans and dressier slacks and they look great. I would recommend the shoe but be careful with the width.

I'm on my third pair of these. LOVE THEM! So comfortable. I wear them when I travel which usually involves a lot of walking. These are more comfortable than any purpose-specific walking shoe that I've ever purchased. They are dressy enough but work well with jeans, too.

I love this shoe. I have purchased three pair of black and one pair of brown. They have a nice wide toe that does not squeeze my toes - broken ankle a few years ago and have some nerve damage. I don't know what I would do if I couldn't order a new pair every year. This is my favorite shoe for jeans and casual dress pants. Try them, you will love them too.

I love this shoe. Very comfortable and zero break-in time. My only issue is that they stretch a bit too much after a day of wear so I have to wear thicker socks the second day if I wear them two days in a row. Other option would be to order a half size smaller and wear very thin socks the first day.

This is gonna sound crazy but this is my 7th pair of this shoe. I have black, block, and black patent leather. They look great with shoes, skirts and leggings. They are very comfortable and they NEVER go out of still. I bought my first pair in 2005!

These are awesome shoes. I bought a pair in brown many, many years ago. I finally got a pair in black when I started needed wearing dress shoes again for work. These are so comfortable. They work well with everything - dress to casual. These are great shoes. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed!

Seriously, these shoes are absolute musts. They are staples just like the little black dress. I have purchased these shoes over the years, in multiple colors at least 10 times. They are absolutely the most comfortable shoes that you could wear for the entire day. I strongly endorse these shoes.

These shoes are very comfortable. The heel was slipping though for which I tried the heel grips but they don't hold. Shoe repairman suggested putting lamb's wool in the toes which has helped a lot. They are very nice looking shoes. Anticipate getting many years of wear out of them.

I love this shoe and I love Zappos. I wear this shoe to work all the time; I travel a lot for work and find it is the only shoe I need to take. Easy on and off at airport and looks good. I am an executive in my mid fifties executive - most often wearing pants to work - and cannot wear heals because of a foot problem. I did not, however, want to wear "old lady" comfort shoes. These shoes are perfect. They are don't look like a lot of those "comfort" shoes but rather are stylish and all leather. I buy several at a time. I have wide feet and the wide width fits great. I was actually surprised I was a 7 when I first started buying these because in other shoes I am a 7.5 but a 7W fits me perfectly.
