I ordered a half size larger than my usual 7.5 and it fits perfectly.

Ordered a 9W and was too roomy. Ordered a 8.5W instead and it fit perfectly! I have a couple pairs of Franco Sarto shoes (heels, flats) and the 8.5 fits well, especially with wide feet.

I've loved this shoe for years. It is comfortable and durable.

Great pair of shoes.

I needed a casual shoe to wear to work and have had past success with the Franco Sarto Bocca shoe. It is simple and almost understated but it is also very comfortable and looks great with straight leg, wide leg and boot cut dress pants. I have worn these with jeans as well with a nice sweater. I have a LARGE foot - and I like that they come in a size 10 1/2. (Looking forward to the patent leather being available in my size.)

I wear a size 12 medium and these shoes were at least a size too big for me in length. Features of the shoes including the leather and construction were excellent. I am sorry to return them.

These are just fine for work and are my second pair of the exact same shoe.

I ordered wide, but these shoes are not wide. Even with stretching, they are still too tight.

I have this same shoe in black patent and it fits great and is very comfortable. I wanted to try it in black leather and ordered the same size and I couldn't even get my foot in it. I have a narrow heel and a slight bunion so need a wider toe box. I had to send it back, which I hated because it is a comfortable shoe.

These are the best walking shoes ever! Very comfortable. Highly durable. Very well-made. This shoe gives your foot an extra sense of stability, and I always feel a little more sure-footed walking in these shoes. They also have a nice clicking sound on hard floors. When one pair runs out, I get a new pair -- I will never be without these shoes! The only con is they do set off airport metal detectors, but otherwise a phenomenal shoe. I'm a road warrior business traveler, and I pride myself on packing light. If I travel with just one pair of shoes, it will be these. One of my best shoe purchases ever. Highly recommend to all women.

I tried them on but haven't worn them. They are comfortable. I am starting a new job where closed-toe shoes are required. Goodbye flip-flops.

This is my second pair in about 15 years. Seriously, my first pair lasted that long and I wear them to work at least once a week.

I love these shoes! This is my third pair (lost a pair to my puppy and a pair to a broken water pipe in my back hall) I will never be without a pair of these!

Terrific office shoe. Comfortable and classic. Although you could wear with a shirt I personally think it looks best with dress slacks and goes great with jeans. Love Zappos!

I love the shoes. They are professional looking when paired with dress slacks or can be casual with jeans. I typically wear an 8 1/2 and I bought an 8 1/2 and a 9. I sent the 9's back they were too big. These shoes are super comfortable, and I can wear them all day. They don't make any clanking noises when walking on hard surfaces and have good traction on the bottom of the soles. The leather is quality and the style doesn't pinch or dig into any part of my foot. Highly recommend.

These shoes are so pretty. The only problem I had was that the left shoe was tighter than the right one which fit very well. I decided to keep them but the left one is still a bit narrower than the right one.
