Please don't stop making or offering this shoe!! I've been wearing it now for work for about 10 years - I couldn't imagine finding another shoe to make me happy!! I am a retail store manager and I am very active and wear this shoe about 60 hours a week and it lasts for about 5 or 6 months before I have to replace it - the value is there!! Great support. Great comfort (tough first couple days to break in the leather but after that it's a dream!) And looks stylish and modern without extending my foot, making me look distorted or weird. . . . I may mention here that I am a man - and I don't like men's shoes that have a long toe and/or pointed toe that makes your foot look like a clown!! I like these because they're square and have a little bit of a heel to make them fun and unisex, in my humble opinion. So - thank you for making them available in larger sizes as well!!

Great office appropriate footwear. No break in period required. Comfortable and nice fit. Will definitely purchase again.

Excellent fit for a narrow heel and broader top of foot (many female shapes!) - good quality of leather - very happy with style and fit!

These are my go to work shoes, also wear them with jeans. I love them and when one pair starts wearing down I order another pair.

Very nice but way too narrow, pinches toes, too. Wide would be too wide. If you find a shoe that fits your heal, you can always have a cobbler stretch the toe area.

I originally purchased a pair of these in 2010 and they are still in excellent condition today. They are very comfortable, wear extremely well, and are the perfect heel height for most dress pants.

I buy these shoes five pairs at a time. I usually go thru two pair a year, wearing them 50hrs week in Michigan. Love them!! The most comfortable work shoes I own. These shoes have turned into my only work shoe. I have been buying these shoes for the last 6 years and hope they never get discontinued. Fit is true to size. Great Shoe.

I absolutely love these shoes. I’m an office manager and they are the perfect work shoe for the office. They are super comfortable and they are very professional looking. I’ve worn this same style since 2004. I’ve tried other shoes but keep coming back to these. Why change a good thing!

I have a very narrow foot and only Zappos carries the largest selection of narrow shoes. Wasn't sure about these, but they are really stylish and are comfortable right out of the box.

Simply amazing. Gorgeous quality. Fits extremely comfortably right out of the box without being slipper-looking. Roomy toe. Doesn't slip off my heel OR dig into it. Love these!!

Love, love, love these shoes. Just bought my 4th pair of them. They are great when you need be on your feel all day.

As a means of expressing how much I love these shoes, let me just state that I first bought a pair of these in a Burbank shopping mall around 2010 or so. The next time I saw them was Macy's in Philadelphia when I was so happy to find them that I bought two pairs because I had worn the original ones to death every single day over the course of about 18 months. My last order was two more, making them the fourth and fifth pairs of these loafers I've owned. These things are comfortable and stylish, perfect office shoes. They look great with officewear and with casual clothing. They fit like a glove. If I could be guaranteed a lifetime supply of ANY shoes, it would be these.

I love these shoes. I have bought two pairs consecutively from Macy's and was upset that they don't seem to have this style this year! So happy to find them here. I am a 9.5 - 10 but the 10 medium fits fine. They are very smart looking work shoes.

This is my third time buying the same shoes. They last a long time, they hold up well, and they're worth every penny.

I am not a fan of flat shoes but I needed a pair of comfortable and stylish flats for work. They arrived yesterday and I wore them all day yesterday and I have them on now. I love these shoes! They are sturdy, extremely comfortable and look great with slacks and cropped pants as well. I will purchase the patent leather ones as well.
