Zappos' great service and return policy is what has inspired me to purchase so many pairs of shoes recently. I have avoided the shoe shopping process in stores because there was such a limited selection or they were out of my size. I love Zappos' return policy and the helpful review process. Hope the manufacturers read these reviews! Because of guidance from reviews, I finally got brave enough to order several styles and sizes until I found brands, styles, and a fit and comfort level that works for me. I don't know how they do it, but cheers for Zappos and their wonderful employees! Finally! My shoe shelves have many new great fitting, super cute pairs of shoes...all from Zappos. I wear a 9 but ordered a 40 in the Niro because the Julie sandal ran a tad short in a 39 (heel hung over). The Niro 40 (9 1/2) was too big, so I crossed my fingers with hope and ordered the 39. Perfect Mephisto fit and comfort! Great for walks around the lake with my new puppy. Wish more colors were available in my size. Love you, Zappos!

I use these shoes for going back and forth to the club to swim. Easy to take on and off but good support.

This is the fourth pair of Allrounders I have bought. They are extraordinarily comfortable and look great. They have a very long wear life (you can even throw them in the wash and they still look great). Oh, and buy them from Zappos! You can't beat the prices and service.

I have been wearing these Allrounders by Mephisto for working out for years. I hope they never go out of existence! They are so much more attractive than the dull cross-trainers and the like and can also be worn as regular shoes with or without socks. Good for walking as well.

Ordered the shoe one day before a three week trip to Europe and delivered next day by Zappos (yay Zappos)! Wore the shoes every day ob vacation with no blisters, no soreness, no foot or leg fatigue. Amazing! Great buy! Worth every penny!

In 2007 I bought my first pair of the Allrounder. It went around the world with me--literally. The trip took 38 days and took me through 28,000 miles of air space. I walked around some of the world\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s greatest cities. I just bought a new pair because I looked for another shoe to do my race walking but nothing else felt as good while looking trim on my feet.

Note: I've always been a 10 US or 41 European, but for these shoes, I fit the 10US which they equate to a 40. I bought a red pair of Allrounder Niros in 2005, and shortly afterward embarked on a long trip abroad with them. They were the most versatile shoe I have ever owned. With footies they were comfy in the heat of Africa, with socks they were good in the damp muck of Scotland, and I wore them pretty much everywhere else in between. The sole has good traction and they were good for light hiking, although the shoe doesn't provide a lot of lateral stability. My old red pair is now quite beat up but I still wear them every now and again! I bought a dark blue replacement pair 2 years ago but never took to them...they looked dusty and dirty too easily. But now I just got another red pair. I hope they will be as comfy for walking as the pair I bought in 2005. I certainly found my previous Niros to be much more supportive than Clark Privos, which I wear to work but wouldn't trust for a long trip.

The Mephisto Niro sneakers with the mesh are amazingly comfortable! Great for summer. I have several pairs of Niros in various colors and fabrics. All are very good. The mesh makes them very cool and lightweight-the most comfortable so far! Wide toe box and shock absorbing soles. I highly recommend this shoe!

These are awesome shoes. I read all about them on several travel sites as great shoes for any travel occasion. I'm taking them to Europe next month. They are attractive, and oh, so comfortable. I have bad feet and usually wear orthotics but find I really don't need them with the Allrounders, I've worn them several times on my walking track but they never really needed any breaking in, they were perfect right from the start. And of course I loved Zappos super fast shipping. I would highly recommend these shoes!

This is my 3rd pair of Memphisto Allrounders. I use my custom orthotics inside them. They are wonderful! I wear them to work, and gets lots of comments. Of course, you can\'t beat Zappos for speedy delivery and no hassel returns.

Zappos outdid themselves again. I ordered these great shoes in the evening, and received them on my doorstep the next. Boy, was I happy. Buy these shoes, they look good, and are comfortable as soon as you put them on. Yes, I will always order from Zappos. They rock!! San Francisco loves you!!

I love these shoes. They cushion the feet beautifully and support my high arch. I have wider feet and there is plenty of room for my toes. The best part is they breathe and they are very cool looking!

I have to wear a full length orthodic, and mine is exceptionally thick because of my foot problems. This is the first good looking shoe that fits such a difficult orthodic. The shoe is lined with Gore-Tex which makes it breathable and not hot at all. If you cover the orthodic with a wool or cotton ped, it makes it even cooler. I consider myself a somewhat dressy person with classic taste. I chose the blue suede and I receive compliments even from people who are not "classic" in taste. The adjustable back heel strap is perfect for orthodic wearers. I hope Mephisto will continue making similar styles as I am sure there is a huge demand for such a wonderful shoe. My feet pronate a lot and I find that the heel strap helps to "pull" the side of the shoe and the arch support up in such a way that I can wear these shoes without my arches feeling fatigue. Please pass this information on to Mephisto so that they will continue this shoe in the years to come.

Comfortable, great looking shoe. I purchased these for travel to London and Cornwall. Great walking and transitional shoe, will wear these to plays in the West End of London, as well as walking around both London and Cornwall. Great soles carry me inside to the out of doors. The black patent looks good enough to wear without socks with a skirt to work. Adjustable across the instep and heel. Feels true to size. Insole is a bit hard and flat so I have put in superfeet insoles which helps support my high arch and these are good to go many miles. Thanks Zappos once again!

These are great shoes. They are adjustable at the heel which is helpful for my narrow heels and my inserts fit well. Pricey but worth the money. I have received many compliments on them. This is something new for me since fit usually overrides looks and style.

These are my third pair (same color) and my basic, yes, all around Allrounder shoe. I travel with them everywhere. With an orthotic insert I can walk for hours. You can see how much I don't like them. Highly recommended.

The allrounder is a great shoe. Very comfortable and sporty. I get compliments all the time. I thought the heel was a little higher, but there is good arch support. I am healing from a calf injury and these shoes have helped! They can be worn with or without socks. I didn\'t get a blister.

I love these shoes, I have several pairs in different colors, and they are the most comfortable shoes I have. Won't leave home without them.

These are the best walking shoes I've ever owned. I am in physical therapy right now for a problem with my right foot and the PT was impressed with them as well. I was thrilled with how fast they were delivered to me. I've mentioned Zappos to several friends only to find that they already knew all about them. Wish they had told me!

These shoes are great! I had to order a couple of different sizes and as many people have posted on this web site: THEY RUN A HALF SIZE LARGE. These are my new traveling shoes and will work with dresses and pants and should take me to dinner and on a 5 mile hike if I need them to. I have a bunion and flat feet and these are comfy. Thank you Zappos for your wonderful customer service and making it sooo easy to exchange.

I was desperate for a good pair of shoes to wear to a conference in Las Vegas where I would have to walk to "work" 30 minutes, stand on my feet all day and then walk back to the hotel another 30 minutes. I wasn’t sure on sizing so I ordered one pair of 6.5 and one size 7. I wore them around the house and decided to keep both. Without a doubt I feel most comfortable in the size 7, but I have to have the strap in the back as tight as I can get it. I made it through three days of the conference without the excruciating pain of plantar fasciitis that is usually present.

Collapsed arches, hammer toe plus bunions makes it impossible to find comfortable shoes. I was desperate enough to spend BIG to find do-able shoes. Was not disappointed. Mephisto knows what they’re doing. They’re worth the cost if you’ve got major foot problems.

Fantastic! I can't wear heels anymore, my feet get too sore, so I am always searching for cute flats with good support. There are so many flats now, but most have zero support. The shoes with good support are usually too expensive. I couldn't believe these Mephistos were affordable! They are sporty without looking like athletic shoes. And so comfortable, without looking like old lady shoes!

These shoes are the most comfortable shoes I\'ve worn in years. The style is so cute I wear them regularly to work and no one realizes they are \'walking\' shoes. The patent leather really adds to the style. I\'ve had problems with my feet because of extra pressure on the ball of my foot. There is no pain when wearing these shoes. No break in was required. I walk about 2.5 miles a day and I did that the first day I wore them. I didn\'t have any soreness or stiffness. They fit exactly as the size indicated. I\'m going to definitely order these again.
