The Allrounder is all around awesome! I purchased these after 2 years of very steady use caused my other Allrounders to look very worn and tired. As with my first pair, I find these to be the most comfortable shoes of any I've owned in my life. I took them out of the box, popped out the inner foot bed, popped in my custom orthotics and never looked back. They did not require any breaking in. I wear them every day to walk my son to and from school, walk around museums, shop... live life. They are definitely worth the price. I expect them to last at least as long as my last ones-which again I replaced only because they were looking soooooooo very tired.

Walked six miles the first day. These were great for walking and I loved the adjustability of both the back and top. They were a little bigger than I thought but socks and adjustability made them very comfortable with a large toe box. My first day wearing them I walked six miles through out NYC.

Good "Allrounder" Good walking shoe. Looks sporty too. Great for airports as the come off and back on easily. I have really bad feet and usually remove the inserts and replace them with a Birkenstock/Finn Comfort footbed. This really makes it an excellent shoe for me. This is my second pair!

Great shoe - A tad bit on the large side, but ok with custom insoles. Very comfortable and better looking than tennis shoes.

Mephisto Allrounder - I love this shoe. I bought my first pair in France 3 years ago. I love it for when I really don't need or want to wear a bulky tie sneaker. It has much more style to it. It is great for being on your feet, walking the city. I wear it to the gym every day. I wouldn't wear it to jog or power walk. I don't think it offers enough shock absorption. But it is a great alternative to a bright white sneaker. I think it is a little more hip.

A very comfortable, versatile shoe that wins compliments! I love this shoe; so much so that I bought a second pair (one to keep at the office gym, one for home, yoga class, etc). Great for traveling as well; the velcro closure makes the shoe well-suited for getting through airport security with ease.

Tennis shoes - Great, comfortable shoe! Not bad looking, either! Fit is fantastic!!

Best shoe I've ever own - I just returned from a day trip to New Orleans. A great deal of walking was involved during this trip. These shoes were wonderful. They are everything and more.

Comfortable, cute shoes! Have read lots of reviews about Zappos and thought customer service might be a little exaggerated. It is even better than the rave reviews. Zappos is fast and reliable. These shoes are very comfortable, generous size, and good for walking.

I have finally found a black walker to wear on my city hikes. Not as stylish as a ballet skimmer, but better than a white clunky running shoe. Adaptable to my orthotics, but equally supportive without them. I love the adjustable ankle elastic. I have very wide feet in the front and narrow ankles, like a duck. These fit the bill!

Great Walker - Bought this for an upcoming trip to Paris. Fell in love with them and have already purchased in another pair in a second color. Read other reviews that said to buy a half size small, which I did. Front of shoe is wide, which is perfect for my wide feet. Only down-side is that the arch support is not great.

WORTH IT - I have debated on these shoes after a trip to Italy when I wished I had them. I bought them for another trip and I walked for hours every day. I do not like athletic shoes unless I am working out. These look just fine with casual clothes. Buy a size smaller.

5 Stars PLUS!!! Yes, they're expensive, but well worth every penny! These are the most comfortable shoes I own-- they're not only adjustable on the top, but also Velcro around the back of your heel for a custom fit. Uber comfortable! I want them in every color!

Comfy shoes - I really like these shoes. They look good with or without socks. I have the nubuck color.

MEPHISTO ALLROUNDER - Love my Allrounders, looked all over for black ones, no one had them, I tried Zappos and was please that they had them in stock, they came quickly, I tried a size up, and they were too big, and in no time a new pair came in my size, and the others were credited to my account, I literally wore out the pair that I had for over 2 years, they are so comfortable, and good looking, and I LOVE THEM, will you Zappos again, for sure!!

This is one of the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. I've bought the shoe in the following colors: blue, white, orange & now black. My sister-in-law just purchased 3 from you at my recommendation. Never before have I owned more than one pair of a kind.

Allrounder Niro - Being this is my second pair of allrounders I purchased within 2 months of each other they are great shoes for me. I must wear my orthotics in this shoe as the arch support is not all that good. I wear them everywhere, even in replacement of my adored slippers. Im sure I'll eventually get another pair for fall. They're worth their weight in gold.

allrounder - I own two pair of these Allrounders, one in black and the other in pink suede. They are cute, stylish, and comfortable. However, I don't think the arch support is all that great, I have to use my orthotics in them. The shoe seems sized a little big but with the orthotic they are perfect!

Wonderful!! I have horrible problems with my left foot, I have had these shoes for about 2 months and they are my favorite! They feel great, have a great arch support. I am definitely buying more!

Still love these sneakers/shoes! I bought these to replace a completely worn out pair (lime/white mesh model) that I wore practically constantly in good weather for 2-3 years. My arches are in heaven! I just use my orthotic inside the shoe on top of Mephistos "orthotic" insert. I also find that I wear a half size smaller in Mephisto shoes than my normal size/other brands.

Narrow feet? This might not be the shoe for you. I love it but my foot "is as wide as it is long". Ok...not quite, but my heel is definitely more narrow than my toe area. This shoe is great for me as it has a wide "toe box" but, if you have narrow feet front to back, the standard width will not work for you. Plus, I usually order size 9 or 8.5--this is an 8.5 and I'm wondering if I could even have worn a size 8??? They seem a little long. But, that maybe because they are converting Euro sizes to U.S. sizes. (If you happen to know your Euro size, then you're golden.) Don't get me wrong...it's a GREAT shoe, even though it's also the most expensive shoe I own. But, you should consider the above before you order it...or adjust accordingly.

Stay offa my Blue Suede Shoes, Yo! I LOVE these shoes. I didn't know my feet could feel this good. I put them on the day I got them, went for a walk, didn't want to take them off until I went to bed. I usually can't wait to kick my shoes off. I've worn them every day since, they are great for walking, shopping, anything on my feet. I can't say enough good about them, I'm hooked. I thought they were pricey, but worth every shilling. The fit is perfect. I will buy more.

Love my Mephistos - I have a stress fracture in my foot and these Mephistos offer enough cushioning to soften the blow when I land. I can wear them all day without any pain. I listened to other reviewers about downsizing for these shoes and I am very glad I did. They run big. I wear a 7 1/2 or an 8 and I ordered a 7 and they are perfect.

Mayor’s view - They are great shoes but they aren't very pretty. I have a neuroma and so I am very picky. As long as I don't over tighten them they are great.

Reviewer from Vermont - Felt true to size, and width. Excellent arch support. As comfortable as a sneaker, but much better looking. Love the fact that it is waterproof. Ran a little big, but the dual adjustability (heel and top), made it fit well. Makes walking a pleasure, with no worry about blisters or corns. My first pair of Mephisto shoes, but definitely not my last. Zappos, as usual, is the greatest to deal with, and I never shop elsewhere for my shoes.
