Received the wrong shoes. Tried to use the text customer service but they were very slow between responses and unhelpful. Basically asking if I knew how to exchange the shoes. First of all, this was your error and all I asked was for the right shoes to be sent out immediately instead of me having to take the shoes to ups before they were sent out. I’m just returning them. Never an issue with Zappos before but I expected better this time.

I used to buy these all of the time every year, for YEARS. But last year 2021 I discovered the 7.5 was suddenly too big, my foot slipped out. I tried the 7, too small as expected. I waited a few months, tried 7.5 again, too big. I even called and spoke with the representative to see if there had been a size change but they did not know. Just tried to order these again (2022), still too big - what happened??? I have these in white and black from 2019 and they fit perfect. Please go back to the original fit!!!

I wanted to like these shoes I really did but I haven't even worn them a month and they're already coming apart and I don't even wear them daily they are cute, But the quality just isn't there, so disappointing.

After only wearing them for 6 weeks, the toe box started splitting from the canvas part of the sneaker. My son only wears these to school so there is not reason the shoe should have failed the way it did since he has been wearing Vans for years. I'm crossing my fingers that Zappos will honor a replacement.

I like these shoes they are my all time favorite style of shoe. However the color port royal is terribly represented in the pictures on this site. They appear to be more purple in the pictures used by zappos but in reality they are just a regular dark red. No problem with the shoes. Just an inaccurate color representation.
