So hot!!! I am so happy with my buying... I had seen this model in a store... and didn't buy it... so when I came back they weren't available any more... I went online to try and find it and I actually found it cheaper than I'd have paid at the store... the shipping was fast and free... I loved it all!!!

Onitsuka Tiger by Asics Tai Chi™ My bf had them first - so I decided to look for women's pair! I found them; they are a perfect shoes...very comfortable and light. Look very cute and casual. They do feel smaller than usual. So order half size up!

Best in Brown - Nice shoe if you want to feel the ground when you walk. Good for driving.

These shoes are exactly what I was looking for: A stylish shoe with a very thin sole to help me stay "grounded." I'm tall and thin so I have a high center of gravity. I don't like shoes that make me "taller." My only caveat is that these shoes are not made for walking long distances. I walk a moderate amount here in Los Angeles--several city blocks here and there is fine... I'm very cautious about buying apparel online but I'm very happy with the final result. I would like to buy several pairs of these.

Heavenly - This shoe is so great! I work all day on my feet and shoes with much arch just kill me. I have hardly taken these off since I got them. Cannot wait to get more! Fit like a glove and feel like a sock. :)

Onitsuka Tiger Tai Chi Shoes - I've worn these shoes twice so far in Tai Chi forms, push hands, and sword practice. They are comparable in weight to the traditional Kung Fu shoes worn by many players and their flat bottoms allow a solid connection to the ground. Their feel and good looks combined with the ability to lace them up is what truly makes them superior to the traditional slippers. Another plus for me is that the back heel bears the name of my Chinese horoscope symbol. I've already recommended them to several classmates and would do the same for any Tai Chi or Kung Fu practitioner.

The Best - I now have four pairs of these shoes. I take Kung Fu, and during off workout time, these are my favorites. They are stylish and very comfortable. I work in them every day, on my feet, for at least 6-8 hours, and my feet never hurt. Their really isn't any support in the shoes and minimal bottom padding, which makes for excellent floor feel. Keeps me very sure footed. Whenever more colors become available in my size, I'll be buying them.

THE SHOE - As far as looks and comfort and genuine unique street appeal, this is the Kill Bill shoe we have been looking for.

Taijiquan shoes - Good support, minimum slippage within the shoe, good lateral support as well as for and aft. Very lightweight with sufficient traction under foot yet smooth enough to allow rotational moves without over grip. Excellent shoe.

Great Shoe - Overall great shoe. These shoes form to your feet perfectly-nice n' tight, but not too tight. I have the tan/green and black/red shoes they both look great. Be careful wearing Tai Chi shoes in the rain-you might end up with wet feet.

Love em - Got white w/ green. Soft leather has give for my poor miserable bunion. No real arch support, but custom made insoles fit inside. No blisters. Very lightweight, just a step thicker than ballet slippers. Not too masculine once on my gal feet. (I hope...)

This is a great looking shoe and looks good on. It does run a bit large. I returned the first size I ordered and ordered a half size smaller. There is very little cushion or arch support throughout the entire bottom of the shoe, so if you have any foot problems or issues, this is not the shoe for you. I'll wear it for short outings, but as a full time shoe I won't wear this one.

I love this shoe, but I think it may be discontinued. I use them for running (up to 16 miles; I've also run a half-marathon in TOMS). I've owned both versions, but prefer the newer one. Here's why: the older version had a perforated footbed which was strongly glued to the shoe and could not be removed. It tended to absorb moisture and degraded over time, slowly falling apart in small chunks. On the other hand, it was fairly thin and totally flat, unlike the new version with a foam footbed under which is hidden a substantial heel wedge which extends just past the arch, as I recall. Fortunately it's not glued securely enough to keep me from ripping it out, which I did. The top paper layer of the cardboard underneath tore off, but I don't care. They're now thin, light, and flat—exactly what I want. A few things could make this shoe better: -wider toe box/less narrow fit -a leather tongue -some sort of toe cap -velcro/slip-on instead of laces -more colors For what it's worth, I hate shoes. If I could, I'd be barefoot all the time. But, I like these, so that's saying something. ASICS, don't screw this up.

These are stylish and comfortable, but not durable. I used to walk about three miles round trip for work. These shoes are comfortable for walking, and they are stylish. But the heels of the soles wore out pretty quickly.

I do not like wearing shoes, especially sneakers. So when I try to find shoes to run in, I look for something towards the minimalist route. I got these in the red/black and I love them. I wear these at the gym and I have great traction and I feel supported without feeling like I am wearing giant sneakers. I would not recommend these to someone who needs arch support or someone with wide feet. My feet are pretty narrow (with especially narrow heels) with low arches. I am saving up to order another pair so that when these eventually wear out I will still have these great minimalist sneakers that I have fallen in love with.

These are a flat, clean and simple looking casual tennis shoe with a very thin sole and minimal arch or under sole support. Like similar Puma shoes these make for great driving shoes or anything were 'feel' is required, but I would not recommend them for a long day of standing or running. Unlike pumas though, the material is a bit thin so the tip of the shoes after a few weeks of wear are starting to wrinkle and crease badly and really take away from the look of the shoes. Overall B+!

Wore Tigers for the mile run on non-cinder tracks. Sole is too thin for that, but hard pack, or ash tracks and especially synthetic indoor tracks, they are great, but I hardly run anymore so these Tai Chi's look great with jeans, shorts without socks (were shorty skin socks...your feet will thank you). My walking gait is different in these shoes, smooth not jerky. And they don't heat up like the 6 color, gel infused, double lacing system, moon shoes everyone is wearing. I got a pair of Mexico 66 as well. These are great casual shoes, and you can run in them, but not in the popular heel-crashing style that appears to be the norm. These force you to get up on the balls of your feet when running. Okay...I love them.

When shopping for a good weightlifting shoe, with little-to-no arch support I found these. They run a little long to size, but work very well.

These are my absolute favorite shoes for the gym, spirited driving, and bike riding. They have plenty of grip and are very light in weight. Also, these shoes look rad as hell. They may get uncomfortable after an extended period of time due to the minimal padding, but it comes with the territory of buying a minimalist shoe.

Been wearing Asics for over 40 years. I like the shoes. Comfortable. The tongue and the strings are very thin. They feel a little big but that's better than being tight. Have not worn them outside yet.

A fine shoe if you know what you're getting into. These shoes are almost "barefoot" in that they have very little support, and a very thin sole. This is just fine, so long as that's what you want.. a minimalist shoe. I got my pair to throw on with some swim shorts and walk around Key West on my honeymoon, and they worked great. Also be wary, the white shoe scuffs easily, and discolors along the sides.

The shoe is great. I bought it specifically for tai chi and it makes it easier for me to do tai chi because of its unique design. I don't wear it for much else now but that may change because it is so comfortable.

Great looking shoe and love to wear them. However there is such a lack of arch support that I started to feel shin splints over just a weekend. Had to buy another pair of shoes to wear regularly before I really hurt myself. However they do look great. Recommend for a night out but not as a regular pair of shoes unless you know you won't have any arch problems. Also the leather forms around your foot at the toe. Sounds great except if you are short of the point it'll start to make odd lines that makes the shoe look a little lumpy at the toe. Wish that was reinforced a little bit to hold the rounded shape better.
