I love this boot. So comfortable. Beautiful leather and nice heel height. I bought two colors the banana and the black.

These boots are gorgeous and the shoe part is so comfortable . However, they are so tight on my calves. While i do not have skinny legs,I do not have huge legs either and i am not a big person. This is disappointing.

These were my first ever Frye boots. I have a collection of 4 now. I loved these boots. And now the bad news,, the stitching holding the sole together wears through quickly and the toe box gapes open. I was once walking in nyc when this happened abruptly and I had to turn back home to change my shoes. Ive had to get the soles repaired 3 times. Frye used to provide a resole service, this last time I contacted them about this issue I was told they outsource it and charge a high price. The problem that bothers me is that these are supposed to be built for a lifetime boot but they arent using durable enough material to last a couple years. Definitely doesnt make me a happy customer. Id love to continue wearing them but right now the soles are talking to me.

Too small at top&1size too big

This is my 3rd pair of Frye's. I have been wanting the Campus boot for years. They are absolutely beautiful! Shipped in 2 days, so that was great. They are easy on and off, but I feel run a little big, so size down 1/2 size. A thick sock will be perfect. These are definitely forever boots since the workmanship is amazing!

Boot

Im a boot fanatic and I love boots that are versatile. I think these will pair well with everything, from dresses to skinny jeans. I was really surprised by the reviews of people saying they sized down because Im usually a size 7 in Frye boots but I had to size up to a 7.5 for the extra length. I have narrow feet and skinny calves so the 7 felt great there but my big toes felt too close to the front. I also noticed my heels lift/slip a lot in these, regardless of the smaller or larger size. Im hoping that changes a little once I break them in. I know my Frye Engineer boots were the same way when I first got those. Anyway, these are cute and comfortable and very well made.

These boots are overpriced and not handsome-they look like they belong on a Harley biker's foot Not a lady's feet. When i was in college in the 60's theyv were poular and they cost about $19. So why over $500 today with tax etc?

Love! These boots make every dress look better. Still breaking them in but have had no issues. Received many compliments and just love the way they feel and look. Very happy I finally made the commitment! I did buy a half size down and its perfect.

My first pair of Frye boots and I am not disappointed. They are gorgeous. However, they run big. I ordered my normal size 8 and they were huge, I could shake the boot off my foot. Exchanged for 7.5 and they fit perfectly. My heels still lift a little but I believe thats normal as youre breaking them in. The saddle color is a really pretty reddish brown and perfect for fall.

I got the Dark Brown and they look beautiful with pretty much everything The only is they do run big I am a 6 1/2 and had to get 5 1/2 Beautiful boots gonna order more in a different color.

I finally finally finally got to got my Campus 14L Frye boots! I love them so much. When I got the text message from Frye announcing the new arrivals, I clicked on the link and the first boot that I saw was the Campus 14L! I HAVE BEEN WAITING ON THESE BOOTS FOR A YEAR! They even had my size(7). I didnt buy them right away and was planning on buying them after I got to work that evening. Im a nurse at a large hospital. After getting settled at work I finally got a chance to sit down and order the boot of my dreams. MY SIZE WAS THEN SOLD OUT!!! I read all the reviews of the boots and noticed a lot of people were saying to size down because they run big. A 6 1/2 was available and I ordered them. I got my boots today and they fit perfectly. I already have several of Frye boots and handbags and this pair fit like they were made just for me. I love them! I dont know if it will work for you guys but they do run big. By me sizing down from a size 7 to 6 1/2 was the right thing to do. Thank you so much Frye for sending me the text message!

My order was confirmed but was canceled even though it says my size is in stock! And now my coupon no longer works.

I was not given the correct color although the packing slip said banana, these were orange. No sheen, they were almost like matte suede. Huge on my foot, I could flick it off. Very disappointed. I returned.

I have been trying to get the banana for years, but my size was never available. Finally! LOVE! FYI - I did purchase my normal size 7 (same as my other Fryes) but had to exchange for the 6.5.

In love with these boots in banana. Contemplated on getting these for over a year now. Definitely happy that I finally decided to get them. Will need breaking in since the leather is a bit stiff but I can tell how amazing the quality is. Only thing is the footbed is a bit narrow. Im usually a size 6 and I think I couldve gone for a 6.5 instead. Maybe with more wear theyll loosen up a bit. Ultimately, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The color of the boot is absolutely gorgeous. Around the calf is too small.

I think color is beautiful however I had to return them because they were really big in ankle. Sad

Okay so Im a huge boot gal! These are amazing quality. I honestly think they are worthy of the price tag given their durability and timelessness. Very happy to be adding these to my collection.

I just received my campus boots in the Saddle color and I couldn't be more pleased! The color appears a bit more russet in the pictures but IRL they are a beautiful, rich golden tan and in my opinion, the perfect neutral. Pictures don't do them justice and they fit like a dream. I'm a solid 7.5 in all my shoes/boots and these were no different. I have enough wiggle room to size up to a thicker sock in the colder months but it is equally as wearable with a lighter sock without being too loose. I know some folks were able to size down but for me that would have not worked. I know I'll have these for year's and they were well with the investment!

Ive never, in my life, had such an unbelievably bad customer experience in my entire life. Fryes name on my payment method came through as Footwear Unlimited. Ive had to exchange sizes and Ive been waiting for refunds of these $500 boots for almost a month. The customer service reps arent in the United States and are useless (except for one but I cant get in touch with him again) All I have to say is make sure you order the correct size since return/refunds are a nightmare.

The boots are beautiful and very comfortable. The price is alittle steep, but I treated myself for my upcoming birthday. I look forward to cooler weather...105 is slightly warm...these cream colored boots will look great with so many outfits.
